In her head she was imagining what forever with Hunter looked like—happy, joyful, exciting. Till death do us part.

“I like it. A grey haired babe. What more could I ask for,” he whispered as he brushed a kiss across her forehead.

Olivia reached up on her tiptoes and planted a tender kiss on Hunter's lips. Her heart was filled to overflowing. Although she'd fantasized about his return to town, had dreamed about a happily ever after with this man, she'd never really imagined that together they'd find their way back to each other. She'd never imagined all her wildest dreams coming true. It had always seemed so far out of reach. Impossible even. In a few months she was going to be launching Savannah House with her dearest friends, daddy and Mae were getting married, and best of all, this time next year she'd be Mrs. Hunter Rawlings.

It felt perfect to be right where she was, standing on the lawn with Hunter and all of her memories of that long ago moment in the moonlight.
