I wore tight skinny jeans, a red tank top with no bra, and high-heeled wedge sandals, hoping to garner the effect of men's attention inside the club. So, I started with the bouncer as I sashayed my way to him.

"Hey, do you remember me from the other night?" I asked him, flashing a smile.

His eyes went straight to my nipples pressed against the red tank.

"I sure do, darlin," he said with a grin.

"Is Wrecker here?"

"No, he's at the clubhouse. But I'd be glad to keep you company."

My heart sank with disappointment since I had come all the way there to give Wrecker a piece of my mind. But then I remembered Wrecker told me that his long-time friend, Hendrix, was the club president.

"Is Hendrix… I mean, Heavy here?"

"What do you want with the Prez?" he asked as his smile faded.

I pressed my arms closer to my sides to emphasize my bra-less cleavage. "I went to high school with both Wrecker and Heavy. I'd love to come in and say hi and talk about old times."

The man's eyes were focused on my chest again as he opened the entrance door for me. "Sure, darlin, but the Prez is in a bad mood, so tread lightly."

I thanked him and strolled in as the lyrics and sound of the song "Crazy Bitch” by Buckcherry reverberated through the dark entranceway leading into the club.

I walked straight to the bar and sat on a stool when the same woman who had served Sarah and me approached. "Wrecker almost killed a man over you the other night. So you must be very important to him. "I'm Chasidy, the manager of the Dollhouse."

She offered her hand from across the bar, and I shook it. "Hi, I'm Elle. I've known Wrecker and Heavy since high school."

Chasidy smiled and anchored a hand to her hip, "Well, we will need to chat later because I'm dying to know what those two were like in high school. The first round is on me. You want a mojito like last time?"

"Sure, thanks!" I replied, then scanned the club, hoping to recognize Hendrix among the few men who wore vests similar to Wrecker's with the Reaper Bastards patches. But the club was dimly lit, so I turned back to Chasidy, who placed the glass of mojito in front of me.

"Hey, Chasidy, I need two cold beers." A man with a deep voice appeared standing to the right of me. I looked down at his hands when he placed them on the bar and noticed they were covered in tattoos, along with his muscled forearms and biceps. He had dark brown hair, a scruff of beard, and wore a Reaper Bastards MC vest.

His head turned my way, then smiled and winked, which made me blush, feeling embarrassed because I was staring at him.

“Bagger, this is Elle," Chasidy said, introducing us. "She's a long-time friend of Wrecker and Heavy. They've all been friends since high school."

Bagger offered his huge hand. "Pleasure."

My hand looked so small in his as I shook it. "Nice to meet you, Bagger."

I felt giddy instantly and hoped that Bagger was my chance to see Hendrix after all these years.

When Chasidy slid the bottles of beer to Bagger, he grabbed them, turned to me, and said, "One of these is for Heavy. Follow me, and I'll take you to see him."

"That would be fantastic, Bagger! I wonder if he'll even recognize me." I replied, climbing off the barstool.

"You look mighty fine to me, darlin, and I'm sure Heavy would be glad to see you." He said, thinking to myself that wearing a tank top and no bra had paid off that night.

I followed behind Bagger as he maneuvered through some men standing or sitting at tables, then down the hall to the VIP rooms.

Bagger held the beers in one hand and opened the door to the last VIP room on the left.

"Hey, Prez, this hot babe told me she's been a friend of yours and Wrecker since high school." He said to someone in the room, and when he stepped aside, I saw Hendrix Stone sitting alone on a couch.

They called him Heavy now, and he looked the same as I remembered 15 years ago. Except now he had tattoos covering his arms, shoulders, and even the tops of his hands. He sat with his arms stretched out on the back of the couch, with the same look of confidence I remembered from high school. Now he looked more cocky, and I noticed his lip was swollen as if someone just hit him.

He glared at me with daggers in his eyes since he didn't recognize me at first.
