I can see the color drain from both of their faces. Somehow, I knew telling them would be a mistake.

“If you don’t want to do this, I understand.” I pick at the hem of my dress, unable to look at them. I know they’re disappointed in pulling my key now.

“No!” they both gasp in unison.

My eyes go wide. “Are you sure?”

“Positive, Alexis. We’ll go slow and make sure it’s good for you. Let you experience different things and discover what you like. We need a safe word. Something you can remember to say if you’re experiencing something you don’t like and want to stop but not something you would normally use. Did your friend tell you what she put on the sheet?”

I slowly release a breath, trying to calm my racing heart. Butterflies and daisies. Licorice and almonds. I keep reciting things that sound funny to me to be together. Some things more than others, until my heart rate levels out and it no longer feels like I’m gasping for air.

“I’m not sure what she put. But we can use apricots. I hate them, so it’s not something I would ask for. As for the list, I like your idea about trying things out. Can we do that?”

They both nod at each other, but it’s Donovan who speaks.

“Apricots it is. I agree they are disgusting. How about we take it slow, darlin’? Dimitri can take his time warming you up while I sit back and watch. One of my favorite things. How are you at taking orders, Alexis? Can you follow them? Stay quiet and do as you’re told unless you need to use your safe word?” He runs his fingers under his chin as he gazes intently at me, his eyes filled with hunger and lust.

I nod my head.

“We need your words, Alexis. You have to tell us you want this. That you want to be with the both of us.” Donovan adjusts his body in the chair so he’s sitting upright.

“One thing Donovan and I have in common is that we never want a woman to feel like we’re forcing ourselves on her sexually. It’s one thing we both share. Our mothers taught us this as soon as we were old enough to wonder what it would feel like to get our dicks wet.”

“Yes, I want this.”

“And?” Donovan clears his throat.

“I’m okay with everything you and Dimitri want to do. If I’m not, then I’ll use my safe word—apricots.”

“Good. Now. Slip off your heels and stand up. I want you to slowly undress down to your underwear for us.” Dimitri stands from the edge of the bed and faces me as Donovan speaks.

I blow out a breath and calm my nerves. This is it. There’s nothing else to it. They’ve obviously been vetted by the people putting this on. So they can’t be too crazy. And I’ve met them both once, although it doesn’t seem like Dimitri remembers me. I was probably just a nameless face amongst many on what had to be a horrible night for him.

“Now, darlin’. Don’t keep us waiting.” Donovan’s deep, accented voice fills the room, vibrating along my skin and my core clenches.

“Dimitri, can you help me unzip my dress?” I somehow scrounge up the nerve to ask.

“Of course.” He moves behind me, close enough that I can feel the warmth from his body.

Dimitri places his hands on my shoulders, and I shiver under his touch. My body heats, but not as much as my pussy. It’s thrumming from having him so close, and when his hot breath skims across my neck, I almost come undone.

“You’re fucking gorgeous, babe,” he whispers as he licks along my earlobe. I shiver, clenching my thighs together to ease the ache. “I can’t wait to have a taste of you. Do you want that? My head buried between your thighs as I feast on your pussy. Your juices covering my face.”

God, that sounds amazing and I want it.

“Yes,” I moan.

His hands slide off my shoulder just before the cool air hits the heated skin of my bare back. I feel like I’m on fire, the chill causing goosebumps to cover my exposed body.

Dimitri’s hands reappear on my shoulders, taking hold of the straps of the cocktail dress and slipping them off. It falls to the floor in a puddle at my feet, leaving me in only my black lace panties.

He steps around me until he’s standing in front of me, taking my hands in his as I step over my crumpled garment.

“Sit down on the bed for me, Alexis,” Donovan commands, and I eagerly obey.

This is actually happening.

It’s not a dream.
