Page 4 of Feels So Good

Once again, Yasmin took off, racing up the sand, then jumping from one dune to the next along the beach, rejoicing in the exhilarating feeling of flying through the air, soaring like a bird, and landing to continue running.

This time, the guys had a better idea of what to do, and while not precisely soaring like birds, they managed to complete the line without falling flat on their faces. By their third try they were flying as competently as she, and after that they took another turn just to prove they could do it.

“That was great!” VJ panted, sinking to the sand and drawing the others down with him.

“These dunes are perfect because they’re in a line and not too far apart. It can get tricky when they’re more like hills dotted around, and you need to plan how to get from one to the next,” she replied.

“Now I need a swim to cool off,” said Pearce, kicking off his shoes and pulling off his shirt before walking down to the water’s edge. “Come on.”

She and VJ left their clothes on, just dropping their footwear with Pearce’s before diving into the water and swimming out a little way. They splashed around and played for a while, then swam up and down parallel to the shore doing several lengths.

Yasmin could swim, but she wasn’t prepared to move out too far as the water was so deep. So she hugged the shoreline as the men went a little farther out. In the distance she could see a boat. A plain wooden one without any pretty colored spinnakers or water skiers behind it, so she assumed it was a fishing vessel.

Later, as they sat on the sand to dry off before going back to the trailer park, she asked, “Is that a fishing vessel? Do you like to fish?”

Pearce laughed. “VJ would only fish if he could take his laptop with him and there was wifi on the boat.”

“Unfair.” retorted VJ. “I’d be quite happy to fish, for, say, thirty minutes.”

They all laughed and began telling vacation stories, and were still joking when they walked back to the trailer park.

“Don’t take too long to get showered and changed. Breakfast will be ready in under an hour,” Pearce told her.

“I’m starving. I’ll be there,” Yasmin replied, opening the door to her trailer and waving as she went inside.

Over a huge breakfast of grilled tomatoes, baby spinach, mushrooms, fried potatoes, bacon and eggs, Pearce pulled out some maps and talked about where they might go to next.

“Where would you like to go, honey,” Pearce asked her.

“It’s not where I’d like to go, but where I need to go. Back to a biggish town so I can get a job. My money has almost run out. At least the climate here is good, so hopefully I can find a town on the beach and still enjoy the resort lifestyle,” she said.

“What do you do? What kind of job are you looking for?” VJ asked.

“That’s the whole point. I should have done nursing, or teaching, or fork lift truck driving, or something useful. I have an Arts degree and about all it qualifies me to do is wait tables in a diner.”

“Seriously, what did you do before?”

“General administration. Reception, phones, some data entry, simple bookkeeping, nothing exciting. But it did pay the bills,” she sighed.

VJ looked at her assessingly. “So if I gave you a pile of customer orders you could set up a database and add them all in so I could search by order number, customer name, or item purchased?”

“Of course.”

VJ jumped up from the table and hauled a cardboard box out of a cupboard. He dumped the box in front of her, pushing their plates aside with one forearm, and flipping the box open with his other hand. “How long would it take you to build a database and enter all these?”

“Maybe a week if I was working nine to five.”

Pearce started laughing and VJ pumped an arm in the air. “Score! What say you travel with us for the next month. We’ll all work two days a week and have fun the other five. Minimum wage, but with bed and board thrown in.”

“But— What—” Yasmin got a grip on herself and thought fast. What did she have to lose? Nothing. What did she have to gain? Awesome sex and a lot of fun with these two delicious men. What if it wasn’t working? She’d be no worse off than she was now. She’d just leave and find a job.

Yasmin, hauled a deep breath into her lungs, nodded, and said, “Yes. I agree.” Internally she yelled, Yay! Sex odyssey coming right up for me!

Yasmin moved out of her trailer and in with VJ and Pearce. Relieved at not having to save every cent she could, she indulged in an orgy of laundry instead of hand rinsing her clothes in the sink. She followed that up with an extra-long shower—even though she’d already had one that morning—shaved her legs and shampooed and conditioned her hair. Feeling cleaner and prettier than she had in several weeks, she painted her toenails a vivid shade of purple, then slid her feet into matching purple flip-flops.
