I chuckled. "Well, it's all about priorities, isn't it?"

"Exactly," she said, laughing. "What about you? Any secret talents or hobbies?"

"Let me think," I said, rubbing my chin in mock contemplation. "Well, I used to play the guitar back in college. Haven't picked it up in years, though."

"Really?" Calla asked, her eyes lighting up with interest. "I took piano lessons as a kid. Maybe we should start a band."

"Calla and the Brain Surgeons!" I joked, and we both burst into laughter.

As our connection deepened, I found myself increasingly drawn to Calla. She was beautiful, intelligent, and had an air of mystery about her that made me want to know more. There was something about this woman that stirred something within me, something I hadn't felt in a long time.

"Hey, do you guys need another round?" Hugo asked, breaking through my reverie.

"Sure," I said, trying to keep my voice casual. "Why not?"

"Count me in too," Calla chimed in, her cheeks slightly flushed from the evening's libations.

I couldn't deny it any longer – the bar had grown more crowded, but in the midst of it all, Calla and I seemed to exist in our own little world.

"Alright guys, it's getting late," Logan announced, stretching his arms over his head. "I've got an early surgery tomorrow, so I'm gonna head out."

"Me too," Austin chimed in, placing a hand on my shoulder. "You good here, Dom?"

"More than good," I replied, giving him a knowing smile.

"Take care, Calla. It was nice meeting you," Hugo said, shaking her hand before turning to me. "Don't do anything I wouldn't do," he added, winking as he walked away.

As Austin picked up his jacket, he leaned into me and whispered in my ear, "I sense your dick has lost a bit of flop." His pointed elbow seemed to find its way into my side. I hit his back as he left my side with a wink. Bastard.

Calla and I were now alone at the table, the space between us suddenly feeling charged with anticipation. Our eyes locked, and I felt a warmth spread through my chest, a magnetic pull drawing me closer to her.

"Calla, I—" I started, but my words were cut off by the soft touch of her fingers on my lips.

"Shh, just kiss me," she whispered as her head came close to mine, her eyes sparkling with desire. I wasn’t expecting her to lead the way, but I couldn’t deny how much it turned me on.

I leaned in, my heart pounding in my ears as our lips finally met. The world around us seemed to fade away as we shared a passionate, electrifying kiss that left me feeling dazed and hungry for more. My hand found its way to the small of her back, pulling her closer as we lost ourselves in each other.

"Fuck me," I murmured against her lips, feeling intoxicated by her very presence.

"Your place or mine?" she asked breathlessly, her eyes heavy with longing.

"Mine's close," I replied, the urgency in my voice unmistakable.

"Let's go," she agreed, her hand slipping into mine as we made our way through the crowded bar and out into the cool night air.

As we walked toward my apartment, I couldn't help but feel a sense of exhilaration, mixed with a hint of disbelief. What had started as a simple night out with friends had transformed into something so much more. I had this undeniable connection with a woman who had captivated me from the moment I laid eyes on her. And fuck, if her delicate fingers weren't intertwined in mine and securely connected by some unknown nerve that went straight to my dick. No one could accuse me of floppitus now. I felt like I was rewriting the anatomy books of the world.

Upon entering my apartment, the anticipation was thick in the air. Calla's eyes roamed around, taking in her surroundings as I locked the door behind us, securing our private world for the night.

"Nice place," she commented, a teasing smile playing at the corners of her lips. "But right now, all I really care about is this." Her fingers grazed my chest, and she pulled me in for another searing kiss.

"Shit, you're not wasting any time, are you?" I managed to say between kisses, my hands eagerly exploring the curves of her body.

"Neither should you," she countered, her breath hot against my skin. I couldn't argue with that.

We made our way to the bedroom, shedding clothes along the path like breadcrumbs. Our laughter mingled with heavy breaths as we navigated the dimly lit space, our bodies eager to connect on a deeper level.

"Damn, Dominic," Calla gasped as I lifted her onto my bed, my hands trailing up her thighs. "You have no idea how long it's been since I've felt so alive."
