“Willow.” Dane gets up, his eyes filled with yearning.

My hand shoots up, halting him from coming any closer.

“First things first. Is my brother okay?”

“Yes. We just got off the phone with your dad, Randy. He told us he’s stable but still in a coma.”

“Oh god.” I run my hands through my messy brown locks as I start to pace back and forth. “I need to go see him.”

“You can. But I think you should go shower first and then have something to eat. We can drop you off.”

I pause and fling my gaze to Chandler. “You had your cock in me for four days, and here you are acting like nothing happened?” I blink at him as his eyes widen.

“I- no- that’s- Willow.”

Dane snorts, and I shift my venomous gaze to him. “And you.” My voice comes out darker. “You fucking bit me!”

“You asked for it,” he barks back.

“Fuck you,” I spit, rage boiling inside me.

“Hey, hey.” Chandler stands up between us. “Let’s all take a breath and talk about this.”

“Listen here, Gandhi. I’m sorry that I’m not in the mood to hold hands and sing Kumbaya. I just got railed by two guys who I’ve viewed like my damn uncles for my whole life. Nope, the joke’s on me because they’re my fucking scent match. Don’t forget to add in the fact that my brother could possibly be dying while I’ve been here having a gang bang.”

My chest is heaving by the time I’m done. Dane’s face turns furious.

“Don’t talk about what we did like it was something gross and dirty. You are our omega, Willow. Ours. You were in need, and we helped you. I’m sorry this is the way you found out, but it wasn’t exactly how we planned.”

“And what do you suppose we do now, huh?” I glare at him.

“You move back here, in with us.”

“The hell I am,” I scoff. “I have a life back at Calling Wood. A job. School.”

“A job you better be quitting,” he growls. “I will not have my omega flashing her pussy all over the internet so creepy alphas can jack off to it.”

My head snaps back in surprise. “W-what? How…” I laugh in disbelief. “Well, I guess if you know what my job is, that means you're one of the creeps watching.” I shake my head. “I will not be quitting my job. I will not be moving back. I finally have a life I want, one that was taken from me years ago when my parents locked me up in this damn house because of what I am. I’m free, and you.” I point a finger at both of them. “Will not take that away from me.”

“You are mine!” Dane roars.

“Stop!” Chandler shouts. “Please.” He swings a pleading look from Dane to me. “Can we please sit down and talk about this? Willow, love, I know this is a lot to take in. This isn’t easy for us either. But the fact is, Willow, you are our omega. We can’t just ignore that.”

“I can’t deal with this right now.” I shake my head. I’m starting to freak out. I’m not one for panic attacks, but I think I feel one coming on. “I need to go shower. Need to go see my brother.”

“I agree. How about we come back later when you’ve had some time to process this,” Chandler adds, trying to calm the situation.

I shake my head. “I don’t know. I just… I don’t know. I don’t mean to come off like none of this matters, but I’m not ready to deal with this yet. I’ll call you in a few days. We can talk about it then. See where we go from here.”

“No,” Dane shouts, slamming his hands down on the counter. “We finally have you after years of trying to convince ourselves we never would. I’m not just letting you go.”

My blood runs cold, and my heart drops straight out of my ass. “I’m sorry.” I blink in shock as Chandler curses. “Did you just say… years?”

Dane’s face goes pale. He shoots a look at Chandler and back to me. His mouth opens and closes, but he doesn’t say anything.

“You knew.” My voice starts to rise. “You fucking knew!”

“Willow.” Chandler holds up his hands again, but it just pisses me the fuck off.
