“When are you ever not aroused, Killy?”

“When I’m more than 15 feet away from you, or you’re out of eyesight.”

I sighed. “Fine, I’ll give you an hour or two. I don’t know if Delilah is coming back from Kimi’s.”

He smiled again, his eyes filled with desire. “Don’t worry, love. I took care of that whole ordeal. She’s spending the night.”

“You planned for this before I even told you our surprise.” He gave a slight shrug as he picked me up entirely and walked up the stairs.

“Well, I had already planned on getting you pregnant tonight, but since you already are, this works out perfectly in our favor.” I rolled my eyes at his antics and started to prepare myself for the long night that was to ensue.

The next morning, I walked into the dining room and smiled as everyone sat at the table eating breakfast. It was bustling with conversations, and I felt someone wrap their arms around my stomach. I glanced down to see Killian holding me more possessively than usual. Gazing up at him, he gave my lips a small kiss. Afterward, he whispered in my ear.

“Do you want to tell them yet? It’s up to you, baby.” I shrugged my shoulders as his non-sexual words had me already flustered. It’s up to you, baby.I don’t know why, but my brain found it extremely sexual.God, I hate having hormones.

I bit my lip as I whispered back. “We can…” He noticed the look in my eyes and chuckled before we heard Blaine’s voice, and I turned my head to look at him.

“Why are you guys whispering?” He narrowed his eyes at me inquisitively, and the room went silent. I readied myself to speak, and Killian pulled me closer to him.

“I’m pregnant.”

And then silence. Nobody said a word, and Reginald had even stopped walking to the kitchen as the spoon he was holding fell out of his hands. Blaine’s jaw had dropped to the ground, Eugene and Madam A were at a loss for words, Delilah and Kimiko were smiling brightly from their seats, and Benjamin sauntered into the room as if it were old news.

After a few moments, I turned to Killian. “We should leave them for a little… let them bask in the moment.”

He nodded. “I agree.” Grabbing my hand, we walked out of the dining room, and not even five seconds later, Blaine screamed.

“ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?” Killian and I paid him no mind as he walked me over to the stairs, but he halted as his phone rang. He sighed, pulling it out before answering the call. After a few minutes, he finished and spoke.

“I have to head to the office.. I’m already three hours late.”

I shook my head. “Go on. I’ll run my errands for the day and catch up with you later.” He placed a kiss on my forehead and pulled away.

“Don’t stress yourself. Call me every hour, stay by Nathan all day if you leave, eat if you’re hungry, and I mean it. If I hear you’re not eating because you’re embarrassed about the pregnancy, so help me God-” I shushed him as I placed my finger on his lips.

“I know, Killy, I know… go to work now.” He nodded as he grabbed his briefcase before bidding me goodbye.

A few days went by, and they were pretty much all the same. Killian doesn’t allow me to go to work because of the baby. I go out and run a few errands or spend time with Dede and Kimi. I help Benjamin cook at night so he can go home early, and when Killian comes home, he’s usually agitated and angry, so I spend the rest of my night.. calming him down, and we repeat the cycle.

However, today was a little different. He finally gave me something to do, and I was in charge of finding my bridesmaids and maid of honor. I knew Delilah and Kimi were going to be my little flower princesses, but I still needed others to be a part of it. Eventually, the perfect girls came to mind, and Nathan dropped me off at the dance studio.

I stepped out and looked down at my outfit. Dressed in a white shirt, cardigan, jeans, a pair of boots, and my hair in a low, messy bun, I was slowly starting to reach ‘mom status,’ which Blaine informed me that it simply meant throwing together any clothing items to wear.

I went up to the older girls’ class, and the moment I opened the door, gasps were made, and I was quickly bombarded with the girls whom I’ve always known as my family.

“Bri’s back!!”

“We missed you!!”

“Oh, Bribri, please stop leaving us.”

They all spoke quickly, and I tried my best to quiet them down.

“Girls, let Brielle at least come through the door,” their current teacher, Maia, said, laughing. The girls finally let me in. I gave Maia a hug and sighed, as it had been too long since I’d seen her. We were somewhat close, but we’d never actually gotten closer because we were so busy. She’s now filling in for me at the studio, and I couldn’t be happier.

Pulling away from her, I turned to the girls.

“Alrighty girls, I have an announcement…” They all listened eagerly, and I spoke. “…I’m getting married and… I’m pregnant!” The looks of pure joy I received made my heart warm, and I continued.
