Tilly sighed. “I’m gonna miss Havoc.”

Cherry Pie smacked her on the back of the head. “You don’t say that shit in front of an ol’ lady. Wanna get your ass beat?”

Tilly cringed. “No. Shit.” She turned to me. “Sorry.”

I blinked, feeling a bit stupid for not having considered that Slash, Havoc, and Gunner probably slept with all of these women at some point. Maybe lots of times.

“Uh-oh. Don’t,” Cora cautioned. “Forget what Tilly said. Those men are devoted to you. We all can see it.”

“But you’ll still be there when they want to fuck, right?”

A sigh escaped my lips. The warm, happy buzz I had going flew off and left me feeling sad. I had no right to feel that way about the guys and the shit they did before me.

And not a one swore to keep our relationship between just the four of us, which meant they had the freedom to sleep with whoever they wanted. I didn’t like that. At all.

Now, it was too late to say something before I let two of them inside me. Oh, wow. I didn’t want to think about who in this room had seen, sucked, or fucked Slash, Gunner, and Havoc.

Cora smacked Tilly and rushed to my side. “Honey, breathe. This is going to be okay. We’re not touching your guys. Right, girls?”

Tilly nodded way too fast. Cherry Pie bit her lip. “Yep.”

None of it convinced me.

“I think I’ll take a plate outside and enjoy the nice weather.”

“Here.” Cora helped pile food on a plate and handed it over, placing a fork over a napkin on top. “Enjoy.”

Somehow, I knew I wouldn’t taste a damn thing I ate.

How could I be so stupid? This was a biker clubhouse. Slash, Gunner, and Havoc didn’t owe me shit. In fact, I owed them.

I walked outdoors, noting how quiet and empty it had gotten with all the members in church. Only a few of the prospects stood around, guarding the gate.

I sat down, picking at the food, when I heard a tiny pop. My head turned to the left, and I spotted a man by the fence. He was big, covered in ink, and furious. His steely stare punched holes right through my body like he’d shot me with the gun in his hand. It wasn’t me that went down. All three prospects dropped as he shot them one by one. The silencer would alert no one that the enemy had come for vengeance.

The plate dropped from my lap and clattered to the ground, spilling what was left onto the asphalt.

This couldn’t be happening.

Scourge’s mouth twisted into a sneer.

I wasn’t walking away from him this time.
