“We tried to hide it, but my parents found out and sent me away. They waited for me to have him. Yes, him. I had a son.” My eyes widening at her revelation, but she doesn’t stop.
“I heard him cry when he was born. And then he was gone. I was so out of it that I don’t even know for sure if he is dead or alive, but my parents said they killed him. They didn’t want a trafficked motorcycle club baby alive in the world.” She hiccups, tears streaming down her face. I grab her and hug her because fuck, that’s a lot to keep inside.?
“Kay, what do you mean by a trafficked baby?” I look over to Spade and our eyes lock. He’s thinking what I’m thinking.
“I’m a trafficked kid. The Pierces are not my blood family. I don’t know who I truly belong to. I’ve tried to run! God, your brothers have tried to make me run, but my parents always threaten to find me and kill me, and they can with how deep their power and connections go.”?My heart instantly stops when a wave of emotion rushes over me, something’s not right.
“Fuck, okay. Spade call B. I need you to check on the kids.” He nods.?
“What kids? What the fuck is going on?” I ignore her. I’d rather show her than tell her.?
“We need to get the fuck out of here.” I say panick stricken.
“The roads are bad, but we can take my truck,” Jamie interjects.
“No, no, it’ll take too long to go around the lake.” Spade says.
“Fuck it, let’s steal the snow mobiles from the maintenance garage. It will cut the time in half if we just go over the lake.”?Dario adds.
“Jade, please tell me what’s going on!” Kayla pleads with me.?
“Why should I? You’re lucky to still have teeth, bu–” I say.?
“Jade, B isn’t answering.” Spade says cutting me off.?
“What do you mean she’s not answering?” He gives me a worried look—a look I haven’t seen on his face in a long time.?
“Then let’s break a fucking window or something and get the fuck out of here. Something is very fucking wrong.” I say.
“Agreed, we weren’t put in here together by mistake.” Jameson chimes in.?
I swear to God if this was a setup, we are fucking going to war. Fuck it all to hell.?

I’m really fucking worried that Spade cannot get a hold of B, and the others still have another two hours left of school. The next thing I know, Dario and Slim are lifting a filing cabinet and launching it through the glass of the library door. Jamie takes off his blazer and places it over the ledge. Spade hops out first, and Slim lifts Kayla through the hole. Jameson lifts me as Spades hands slide up my thighs to my ass and hauls me through the rest of the way.?
“Had to cop a feel, huh?” I say to Spade. He just smirks. Jamie, Slim, and Dario climb out and we leave the Academy through the side exit. We are not dressed for the snow, but fuck it, we need to figure out what’s going on.?
“Between all of us, do we have any pants in any of the cars? Me and Kayla are legit in skirts. We need some fucking pants or we will freeze out here. I know I have hoodies in my G-wagon but that’s it,” I say, already feeling the bite of the bitter cold as the snow keeps falling from the sky.
“I do.” Jameson replies. We head to the parking garage as fast as we can. I stop at my G-wagon and grab a few hoodies and my knives. My holsters are in my room, completely inaccessible at the moment.?
“Anyone have any weapons, just in case.” I ask, sliding the hoodie over my head.?
“I have a few pistols and knives in the suburban.” Dario says.?
“I came with Jade so, I’ve got nothing.” Spade shrugs. We head a few cars down to Jamie’s Lambo and he retrieves my fucking tactical pants and leggings. I don’t even want to know why he has them, but I am glad he does. I throw the leggings at Kayla and put the tactical pants on. Jameson hands everyone a pistol and a knife.?
“Damn, Jamie. Anything else you have in there?” I raise my brow.?
“Nothing for this mission, Princess, sorry.” He smirks, showcasing his sexy dimple. I haven’t heard that nickname in a while. Panties instantly melt.
“Now, where are the snowmobiles?” Dario asks.?
