“Harper will be here soon with Daniel, along with Jackson and his wife Kristen. Both women are kiwis. Wait until you hear their accents. So cool.” Bella said.
“I’ve met Daniel.” Leilani smiled. “And seen photos of Harper. She’s an author, right?”
“Yes, and so is Emma. Who is married to Logan.” Bella answered, and when she noticed Leilani was cross-eyed, she laughed. “Don’t worry, it will all make sense soon.”
Blake joined them.
“It works like this. Daniel, Fletch, and Hunter are Jonathan’s sons. Jacob and I are Samantha’s sons. And Amelia, Aidan, and Logan are Andrew’s kids.”
“Plus, Jackson.” Fletcher said, joining them. “He was a surprise half brother we recently discovered.”
“Wow.” Leilani said.
“So he married Harper’s best friend, Kristen.”
“Aww that’s so romantic,” she said and got a wink from Jacob.

Leilani drew in a deep breath and gulped down more of her drink.
“We grew up with Aidan, Logan, and Amelia,” Jacob said, joining them and placing his hand softly on her back. Oh God, it nearly made her come. “The others lived in New York, but at the time, our parents were not on speaking terms. Boring family drama.”

A tall man, who was very obviously related due to his square jaw and bright eyes, stepped into the room. “Oh, and my sister is married to a senator if no one has warned you.”
“Hey, Logan,” Blake said, slapping him hello on the shoulder. “Where’s Emma?”
“I’m here!” Emma said as she clambered around Logan’s big frame with a grin. “We drove because I wanted to see the country and grumpy here ate his body weight in Cheerios.”
