“Mr. Jake,” Roddy yelled from down the lane. Jake had been sitting on the porch reading the news on his iPad and drinking his coffee. He’d left Ana, completely sated, in bed about an hour ago. Jake got up and met the boy at the bottom of the stairs. Roddy carried a box almost as big as him. Jake took the box.

“Thanks, kiddo.”

The boy had become a fixture around the house. At first, Jake had been annoyed by the little boy constantly following him around all the time, but the kid was just so eager to help, his annoyance quickly faded. Jake reached into his pocket and handed over some dollar bills he carried around specifically for this purpose.

“Nice doing business with you, Mr. Jake.”

Jake laughed and wondered, not for the first time, what a child of his and Ana’s would look like. If he had his way, they’d find out soon.

Roddy turned and skipped back up the lane, probably looking for someone else to do business with. The kid was ruthless.

Jake looked at the return address on the package, a smile blooming across his face. It wasn’t what he’d planned for the day, but the beautiful thing about living in paradise like this was that plans could change at any time.

“Hey, Princess,” he called, walking into the house. He took the stairs two at a time, eager to dig into the box, eager to see what Ana thought about what he’d purchased. “Where are you?”

He walked into the bedroom at the same time Ana walked out of the attached bathroom. She wore only a short silk flowered robe and he wondered if she wore anything underneath. He hoped not. That’d make things easier.

“Got a package.” He dropped it on the end of the bed and muscled it open. “Present for you.”

“Another one? Jake, you need to stop buying me presents.”

He smiled but remained quiet. That would never happen. He loved buying things for Ana. Her reactions were perfect. She always acted like every present she ever received was the greatest gift in the world.

“I bought you a toaster last week,” he said. “Because ours broke. That’s not a real present.”

She didn’t answer but her eyes sparkled with excitement. “What is it?”

“Come over and see.”

He laughed when she hesitated. He rarely got excited about her gifts but couldn’t wait to see her reaction to this box.

“I don’t like that look in your eyes,” she said.

He simply dared her with a look.

She rolled her eyes—damn, he loved when she did that—and crossed the room to the box. He knew she wouldn’t be able to resist too long.

She opened the flaps and tossed a piece of brown packing paper across the room. Her eyes went wide when she saw the contents, but she reached in and began rifling through them.

He stood behind her, peering over her shoulder.

“Goodness, Jake?”

He laughed and reached around her, grabbing the first box off of the top of the pile. “I love when you act like you don’t swear like a fucker when I’m buried deep inside of you.”

He opened the bright pink box. He couldn’t wait to try the collection of increasingly larger butt plugs. He played with her ass during sex quite a bit but hadn’t yet tried to take her there.

Ana pulled out a large flat box. This one had been custom made. He’d commissioned it the morning after he’d been released from police custody. He couldn’t wait to see her reaction. She opened it and gasped. Hell, Jake had to hold back his gasp, too.

The nipple clamps and matching clit clamp, along with a silver chain that would connect them, were even more beautiful than he’d expected. The sapphire stones sparkled in the light and without even looking at her, he knew they’d match her eyes.

He tossed the opened plug box onto the bed and took the nipple clamps from the satin pillow they rested on. Holding both in one hand, he reached into her robe and rolled her nipples between her fingers, getting her ready.

“Jake,” she moaned.

“Keep looking at your presents, Princess. I’m just going to do my thing here.”

Once her nipples were nice and erect he made sure the c
