Ollie lifted her hands to Jackson’s face, her finger tips scratching against his scruff. “We have all night to talk about it.”
“I was hoping for us to do so much more all night.”
“We can find a way to do it all, I promise.”
Jackson leaned forward and rested his forehead against hers, Ollie slid her hands down to his chest. “Since I met you, I haven’t thought about her at all. You’ve consumed my every waking thought, Oleander.”
“Jackson…”
“I want you to knowthisis what I’ve always wanted and I would never do anything to hurt you.”
“I know, baby.” She tipped her head back, her eyes searching his. “I know.”
Their lips met for a soft kiss and Ollie parted her lips to deepen it when they heard Frankie call out for them. Jackson laughed as Ollie groaned, grabbing their glasses to join the gang for games.
