Chapter Twenty-Eight

Ollie hadn’t intended to tell Jacksoneverythingabout Pierce. But when Everleigh dropped the bomb about his ex-girlfriend, she realized if she was going to make him tell her the truth about his exes, she needed to do the same. And that meant ripping apart her past and telling him the truth. It was hypocritical, she understood that, expecting him to share the details while she held hers back.

He confessed about Ursula.

And she told him about Pierce.

They’d stayed up on the roof till the colors in the sky changed from dark blue to pink and orange. They dragged themselves back downstairs, stripped to their underwear and collapsed into her bed. With the truth off her chest, Ollie felt lighter. Sure, she was afraid Jackson wouldn’t actually stick around now that he knew the truth, but she had to believe he wouldn’t hurt her either.

When she woke up hours later, with the sun streaming through her open windows, Ollie felt Jackson’s dick pressing against her back. He was still here. A soft smile brushed over her lips and she pressed back against him, eliciting a low growl from Jackson. The arm wrapped around her twitched and she felt him shift, pressing against her even more. Biting her lip, Ollie swallowed back a moan and rubbed her ass against him and when she heard Jackson curse, she laughed.

“Go back to sleep,” he mumbled.

“Not when you’re poking me like that.”

Jackson grunted, his lips touching her bare shoulder. Ollie sighed, relaxing against him.

“Thank you for staying.”

She felt him smile against her skin, “Nowhere else I’d rather be.”

Ollie shifted so she could look over her shoulder at him. “Last night was heavy, I would have understood if you needed time.”

“Would you really have understood?”

Ollie made a face. “Probably not.”

“Itwasa lot,” Jackson said softly, his breath whispering against her skin. “But I know how hard it was for you to talk about it. And I’m glad you did.”

“Did I scare you?”

“No, I’m just angry you went through it at all.”

Ollie sighed, pressing her back flush against his chest. “Me too. But, I’m slowly getting over it.”

“You don’t have to, you know.”

“What?”

Ollie tilted her head back as Jackson moved around and looked down at her. “You don’t have to get over it. And even if you do, there’s no time frame in which you have to.”

Ollie stared at him, impressed that he was being so understanding. He was younger than most people she spoke to and yet, Jackson seemed so much more mature. Their first meeting, she’d criticized his age. But now looking at herboyfriend, Ollie realized she had misjudged him.

“You okay?”

Ollie blinked and smiled. “Absolutely.”

“Should we go see if there’s any breakfast?”

“No.”

“Why not?”

Ollie smiled and slid a hand between them, cupping Jackson through his boxers as she wiggled her eyebrows. Jackson grunted and shook his head, laughing as he lowered his head, their lips meeting for a kiss. Ollie moved her hand up to play with his hair, using her ass to create friction instead. Jackson moaned into the kiss and with deft hands he got her panties and his boxers off. He moved a hand over her stomach, pulling her back against him and slipped a hand between her thighs. Ollie gasped as Jackson ran his fingers through her folds and spread her legs, lifting one and setting her foot on his thigh as he continued to stroke her.

Without any conversation at all, Ollie stretched out for a condom, ripped a packet open and handed it to Jackson. His hand left her so he could roll it on and Ollie shuddered at the loss. But before she could complain, he was rubbing his cock through her wet folds and as she arched against him, he slid into her.

“Fuck, that’s good.”
