“I’ve known him for years, so this isn’t anything new, but he flirts with every woman who walks through the door. I keep joking with him that he’s going to give an 80 year old woman the wrong idea. It’s hilarious. I swear they think that they actually have a chance with him,” Kimberly laughed.

Jane tried her best to laugh, hoping it sounded sincere. “He’s a piece of work,” she replied back. “What can I say… it seems his parents found the perfect role for Austin now that he’s back at The Oxford.”

“Yes,” Kimberly nodded. “Just be happy he’s not going to be your responsibility. So, tell me, are you completely set with everything for the big wedding?” she asked with wide eyes. “I’m excited to see if there will be a few celebrity hotties here. Do you have a guest list?”

“I don’t have one yet,” Jane chuckled. “That should be coming soon, although the guest list will be small. I’m talking less than 50 people. She didn’t want it to be crazy.”

Kimberly made a frown, “So no celebrity hotties are coming?”

Jane laughed again. “I don’t know if any celebrity hotties made the cut, but if they did, I’m sure you will notice immediately,” she smiled. “And for the wedding… I feel that we’re in good shape. I mean, there will be the usual fires to put out, but everything is in place. It will be all hands on deck for everyone at The Oxford.”

“When are Kat and Mike actually arriving in Rhode Island?” Kimberly asked.

“I’m not exactly sure,” Jane replied honestly, “I’ll most likely be dealing directly with Molly that day rather than with Kat and Mike.”

“Ohhhh…” Kimberly responded, “Lucky you,” she chuckled. “My God, she has a ton of energy. She goes nonstop.”

Jane laughed, nodding her head in agreement; “She sure does,” knowing that Kimberly didn’t know the half of it when it came to Molly McKee.

“She’s a lot to handle,” Kimberly responded, shaking her head. “She’s the reason I didn’t stay down in the restaurant for my break.”

Jane instantly looked over at Kimberly, trying to process what she had just said, “She’s the reason? What do you mean?” she asked.

“Yeah, she’s trying to impress every guy who will give her attention, especially Austin. I couldn’t deal with it,” Kimberly answered.

“What do you mean? She’s down there? Right now?” Jane asked, pushing her seat back.

“Yeah,” Kimberly responded, not sure why Jane was confused about this. “You didn’t know she was coming today?” She asked.

Jane just stared at Kimberly and shook her head, “I had no idea,” she said.

“Oh, I just figured she was here to get a jumpstart on things,” Kimberly answered with a shrug.

“She wasn’t expected for two more days,” Jane said, shaking her head and feeling her stomach turn. “At least, that was the plan last time we connected.”

“I think it’s pretty clear she’s here to keep Austin in her sights,” Kimberly replied.
