“I didn’t mean right now,” Abel said.

Abel scrolled through the pictures of Izzy.

Then he swiped again and there was a picture of his cancer jersey for Carrie.

I tried to tell him he had gone too far.

But he swiped again.

“Whoa,” I said.

Abel looked at his phone and hurried to turn it off.

The picture had been a topless Wren with her right arm covering her overflowing breasts.

“You didn’t see that,” Abel said.

“We’re good,” I said. “I didn’t see a nipple. So to me it was just cleavage. Nice cleavage if I can say so.”

“Don’t say anything else,” Abel said.

“You know, you might want to create folders in your phone,” I said. “Just so you can keep the dirty stuff separate.”

“What dirty stuff?” Remi called out.

I looked back at Remi and laughed. “You don’t want to know. And what about you? Got any new pictures of your dog?”

Remi opened his mouth.

Abel pointed. “Don’t even try to lie. You were just showing me pictures!”

“Busted,” I said to Remi.

The gigantic man shrugged his shoulders.

Riff walked by and nudged me.

I nodded to him.

“Remi talking about his bitch again?” Riff asked.

Both Abel and I tensed up and got ready for the fight about to happen.

Remi’s jaw tightened as he looked back at Riff.

The hatred between those two…

My phone started to ring.

I glanced at it and saw Lay’s name.

“Why the hell is Lay calling me?” I asked. “Is he locked in the bathroom?”

“Lay isn’t here,” Riff said.

“What? Why? He would never pass up food and booze.”

“He’s not here,” Riff said.
