“How about we do something more fun?” He pushes himself up with his hands and holds his position over me, like the top half of a pushup. “I don’t have any more condoms. But I could alphabet you.”
The thought of him putting his face between my legs again floods my body with delicious tingles.
“Will you tell me some day?”
“It’s not a big deal,” he promises me.
I think it is, but I won’t pressure him to say more.
“Is this a one-time thing?” I ask and wish we could start over. Not again. Over. I want to relive every moment with him again and again, so that time doesn’t run out on us.
“Is that what you want?”
“No, but that one condom thing is going to be a problem.”
“I’ll get dressed right now and run to get some,” he offered.
“Maybe you could practice the alphabet now and get some on the way home from work tomorrow night.”
He holds the eye contact as he moves back to kneel between my legs.

I’m so turned on, but he’s funny, and at the moment, his mouth is doing this adorable grin that melts my heart. Not sure I’ve ever seen this look on him. Hopeful. Eager. Vulnerable.
I snort and laugh. When he tickles me, I try to roll away from him, but he’s relentless. His fingers dig into my sides as I keep squirming and shrieking his name. I flip to lay on my stomach, but he’s still tickling me. Struggling to catch my breath and still giggling, still squirming, I lift my butt in the air and gasp with surprise when he sinks his teeth in for a love bite.
“God, Gideon, the things you do to me,” I whisper. “The way you do the things you do.”
“How many condoms are we going to need?”
I bite the pillow when he slips his fingers between my legs. “Please buy the biggest box you can find.”
