“Yes, at least for now.”
“Daisy invited me over for dinner on Saturday night, but I don’t have to go.”
“No. You should come. Especially since they believe we met for the first time yesterday.”
“Okay. But they’re not matchmaking, are they?”
She let out a hearty chuckle “My brother, never. Daisy, on the other hand, believes in true love, soul mates, and all that crap.”
I grinned. “Careful, or you’ll start to sound jaded.”
