Julian coughs loudly. “No one gets to dance with her before me,” he says with his hands on his waist. “I’m the one who taught her the steps and I’m the one who’s dressing her up. No one gets to touch her before me.”

Caleb moves closer to him. “You’re mine first, babe,” he says in a husky voice that has me panting. “I’m not letting you go until I’ve had my fill of you.”

Julian’s eyes shine like jewels. His omega has come alive at the words of his alpha.

“No one’s going to be dancing if you guys don’t hurry up,” Raiden reminds him with a chuckle. “Iris looks beautiful just the way she is. There’s no need to deck her up like a Christmas tree with all this jewelry crap.”

Julian steps back and sweeps a critical gaze over me. “You know what, Ray? You’re right. She looks gorgeous just as she is.”

I smile and move away from the full-length mirror. “It’s your turn now.”

Julian lets out a sigh. “Fine. I’ll be done quickly. Get your asses out of here now.”

“Won’t you let me watch?” Caleb asks, his silvery eyes blazing with hunger.

“We’ll end up spending a few hours here if I let you do that,” Julian says with a chuckle. “Iris? A little help, please?”

I move toward Caleb and take his hand. “Come on,” I say. “Let’s give him some space so he can dazzle us when he makes an entrance.”

Shit, I touched him, I regret the moment my fingers close over his hand.

My palm is seared by his touch. It’s pure agony to keep my body away from his. The omega inside me is being driven mad by his scent and the feel of his skin on mine.

Caleb lets me drag him out of the room. He laughs as he exits the room with his brothers while I’m struggling not to give away my feelings.

“She’s so red in the face,” Damon says, moving closer to me.

I’m trapped between his body and Caleb’s. The scent of burning firewood mingles with the fragrance of a lush forest.

I nearly lose all control as Damon’s finger traces over my cheek gently. “Your skin is so hot, Wildcat. Are you sure you’re okay?”

Raiden shoves between his brothers to take a closer look at me.

The omega inside me wants to break free and claim these Greek-god-like alphas. It’d been easy to avoid them throughout the week as they were away most days. Since their pack is responsible for securing the governor’s manor for tonight’s gathering, they’ve been too busy to spend much time at home.

Now that they’re all here, I feel like I’ll lose control any second.

“There’s something I left upstairs,” I say, backing away from them.

Their eyes track my retreating movement. Their gazes shift from casual to predatory in an instant.

“You don’t have to run around in that heavy gown,” Damon says in a husky voice that shivers over me like a feather.

He steps toward me and I automatically back away.

He notices. “Tell me what you left, Wildflower. And tell me why you’re trying to escape.”

“I’m not escaping,” I say in a strangely squeaky voice. “Why will I run?” I chuckle awkwardly. “We’re all going to the governor’s mansion together.”

Raiden steps forward and leans against Damon. “Don’t keep us waiting too long,” he says, his eyes alight with the same predatory look as his brother’s. “Or we’ll have to come for you.”

I don’t miss the thinly veiled threat in his voice. Turning around quickly, I hurry down the corridor to reach the staircase.

Picking up my heavy skirt, I ascend the stairs and make my way to the attic.

Entering my refuge, I shut the door and lean against it.

My pussy throbs hard. My throat feels parched. I’m sure my cheeks and neck are on fire.
