“He’s not going to give out info,” Xavier breathed.

“I know it was a long time ago, but he would have been your type, deep dimples, tall, dark, handsome, and a sexy European accent. Anyway, my mother was positive; it was that Italian actor, oh the one with the amber eyes, Julio Esposito. I told her it wasn’t.” Hailey paused. “It wasn’t the actor, but you know who I’m talking about. Downright delicious, huh?”

“For a horrible liar, Hailey can sure finagle info,” Melanie giggled.

“It’s because they can’t see the look on her face,” Kimber replied.

“So, how is your nephew doing at Harvard?” Hailey asked. “Right, I’ll let Jagger know. Listen, if he needs anything more, let me know, okay? Speaking of needs. I need the name of Mr. Gorgeous.”

Everyone exchanged looks. Kimber knew what that meant. Hailey was calling in a favor.

“I’d love that. Yeah, text me in a bit. Kisses.” Hailey ended the call. “Sergio remembers him and will text me with a name.”

“Unbelievable,” Jagger breathed.

“Seriously, you’re surprised she is getting a name?” Rourke asked.

“No, how I didn’t realize Sergio was gay,” Jagger replied. “Do you think Sergio can get the name?”

Hailey nodded and smiled. “Yeah, and I’m to let you know his nephew is getting straight A’s and is grateful for what we did.”

Jagger crossed the floor and placed a kiss on Hailey’s lips. “We’re blessed, and the kid holds promise.”

“You’re helping his nephew with Harvard?” Xavier chuckled. “Tell me. He’s taking law.”

Jagger turned and grinned at his friend. “Absolutely, got a scholarship, but it didn’t cover living expenses. Hailey told me, and we made a small donation to get him through. We had lunch with him and Sergio. He mentioned he was interested in becoming a lawyer.”

“And this is why the two of you are perfect for each other,” Kimber informed the room. “You both have big hearts.”

Hailey’s phone chimed, and she glanced down. “That didn’t take long.” She swiped her finger across the screen. “Wow, super-hot.” She glanced up and blinked at Kimber.

“You have a picture?” Mel squealed and scampered over.

Jenny and Cammie walked away from the counter and joined Mel. “Okay, I get it, Kimber, every naughty and wicked thing you may have done,” Cammie whispered.

“Oh yeah,” Jenny agreed. “Like damn.”

“What the hell?” Jagger asked. “How can you say that?”

The girls laughed, and Hailey flipped her phone around. “Because he looks like someone you guys would be friends with.”

“That’s him,” Kimber got tears in her eyes.

Hailey’s phone rang. “Sergio, yes, that’s him.” Hailey paused. “Say what? I’m sorry, run that by me again.”

Kimber stood and walked over to where the other women were. Cammie wrapped a reassuring arm around her shoulders.

“Thanks, this means a lot. Anyway, have a good time with the hottie David in security, and we’ll have to have you both for a barbeque if things work out between you. Kisses.” Hailey hung up the phone and looked at Kimber. “You’re going to want to sit down.”

Cammie guided Kimber over to the chair where she had been sitting.

“Mick is short for Mikhail, the credit card went through an offshore account, and the name at the check-in didn’t match the card. So there is a chance it was diplomatic channels.”

“Or witness protection for the wealthy,” Cammie added. “Trust me, I know firsthand.”

Jagger sighed. “What aren’t you saying?”

“Nothing.”
