Chapter Three

Damian

“Fuck.”

The innocent woman in the black dress was gone when I got back to her. If I could have beat that fucking Dom into a pulp for what he did to his sub in the dungeon, then I would have, but when I found my little innocent gone, I was ready to put the man through a wall.

She had been breathtaking, her dark brown hair had a tint of read to it, her eyes had been crystalline blue and so fucking innocent it had made my body ache for her. When I saw her on the cams, I had to follow her into the main room of the club. I had to meet her.

It was just my luck that she had run into me and all but curled into me when she realized exactly what kind of club she’d walked into. I took her back into the foyer and away from the scene on the stage, the couple performing were regulars and they loved a good audience. They both got off on people watching them scene together.

Other couples around the room had been having sex too, but I wasn’t sure if she had seen that. All I know is she flinched when she heard the crack of his hand on her ass, the mics on stage picked it up and carried it over the low thumping music.

“Do you remember her name?” I pointed to the screen that I had pulled up from the night before. My bouncer took a look at her and shook his head.

“I’m sorry, Boss. I don’t know. I almost didn’t let her in though.”

“Why not?”

“She didn’t belong.” he shrugged, “She was dressed modestly and just didn’t seem the type to be here, but I went ahead and let her in anyway.”

“You turn people away often?”

“Truthfully, yeah, sometimes. If the guy has a bad attitude going in, or if I see something that doesn’t look right, I will sometimes turn someone away. It’s not often that it happens. The last time I turned someone away, he was drunk as a skunk trying to come in.”

“Thank you, Martin. If you see this girl come back, let her in and notify me immediately.”

“Yes sir.”

My phone rang and I answered it quickly, “Yeah.”

“Oh man, who pissed in your Cheerios?”

“It’s nothing.” I sighed and funneled my fingers through my hair. “What’s up Tyson?”

“Nothing much, Serena wanted me to call and remind you about Christmas party at our house on Christmas Eve, and she told me to tell you to bring a gift for the white elephant gift exchange. She said all gifts should be kinky fun, romantic, or dirty adjacent.”

I groaned. The shitty thing about being friends with a bunch of married people is you were the odd ball out on things like this. I sighed and pinched my nose, “Fine. I’ll think of something. It might be a bottle of booze so I can get my own gift.”

“Man, if you bring booze, I’m telling your right now you won’t be holding onto it.” Tyson laughed.

“You suck. You have a woman to use whatever kinky things you guys bring to the table. I don’t.” My innocent little brunette’s face flashed in my mind, and just like that my irritation was bubbling back to the surface. “Maybe I just won’t participate in the gift giving since you guys are all coupled off. I’ll just cut out before gifts.”

Tyson laughed, “I’ll let you tell my wife that. I’m pretty sure she would get Maddox’s handcuffs and cuff you to the banister before she let you leave.”

I smiled; his wife was a bit of a hellion—a reformed party girl that needed her Daddy’s special brand of discipline. Serena would totally cuff me to a banister to keep me from trying to leave before the party was over.

“Good thing I know how to get out of cuffs without a key.” I shrugged waving my bartender toward the new shipment of drinks that were being brought in by the delivery guy. “Hey, Ty, I got to go sign for a delivery. I’ll be there, but like I said, I can’t promise I’ll stay the whole time.”
