The slippery sound of our juices echo through the room, and I grit my teeth together, so I don’t start fucking her all over again.
She loses all muscle in her body, her limbs dead weight as they lay against me.
She’s done.
I pull her from me and lift her into my arms. Pushing myself to a stand, I walk upstairs and silently pad to my room. She keeps her head rested against my shoulder; her eyes fluttering as sleep begins dragging her further into dreamland.
I pull the covers back with one hand, laying her on the mattress and tugging them up around her. She looks at me curiously, and I walk around to the other side of the bed, slipping underneath the covers and pulling her against me.
She snuggles deep, burrowing herself against my body as closely as possible.
I bury my nose in her hair, inhaling her scent. Becoming familiar with it again after over a year. But it doesn’t matter, really. Because she’s here to stay, for good.
“Welcome home, Vera. This time, you’re here to stay.”
