I’m not gentle with myself. I’m not easy and sensual with my own body. Felix showed me his aggressive side, and now I’m addicted to it. To the hint of pain, to the angry, rough touch. My body responds to it more than gentle hands. It lights on fire to the rage.

My toes curl again, and I can feel my orgasm cresting. I jerk my fingers even harder, listening as my bedframe squeaks against the hinges.

“Yes,” I gasp, hearing the floor creak yet again. My toes grab the sheet, tugging it down my shaking legs and writhing body as I let out a moan. My eyes widen when another creak sounds, my fingers stuck deep inside me as my eyes clash with Felix’s.

He smiles, his eyes dark, his intent lethal. I can’t stop my fingers, nor my high, and I roll through it, my terrified eyes locked onto his menacing ones. My back arches, and he takes a step closer, his knees brushing my mattress as he glares down at me, breathing in every moment as he watches me roll through my release.

As soon as I come down, I feel disoriented, sated, nearly drunk with exhaustion, but the fact that Felix is in my room is alarming, and it’s like a bucket of ice has been dropped on me.

“I knew you liked it rough, but never knew you were such a dirty little slut for yourself in the middle of the night.”

I narrow my eyes as I slide my hand out of my shorts, reaching down and pulling my sheet up to my neck. “What the fuck are you doing here?” I pant. My damp fingers lift from under the covers, and I point to the door. “You can’t be here. Leave”

He smiles again, showing his teeth. They glimmer against the red moonlight from my window, and I start to grow leery, more hesitant of this presence.

“Leave my house. My mom is home.”

He glances at my door briefly before bringing his eyes back to mine. Then he lifts his finger, pressing it against his lips. “Shhhh.”

That’s all it takes for me to realize I am not going to like what he has in store for me. Not in the slightest.

“I’ll scream,” I whisper. “My mother won’t let you leave this house alive.”

He’s on me in a second, his palm over my lips while his other hand burrows into my hair. “You make a peep, and this will be much, muchworse for you.”

I breathe heavily through my nose, warming his skin with my breath.

“I’m going to release my hand, and you’re not going to make a sound, right?” he growls.

I narrow my eyes at him but know it’s possibly my only chance to survive.

I nod.

He stares at me a few more beats before lifting his hand from my mouth. My body instantly tenses, and I open my mouth, but then his hand slams back against it, and he tears me from my bed.

I buck against him, my hands slapping his back as I let out a muffled scream. He is a cement body, holding me firmly against him, with not a chance of letting go.

He’s quick as he walks across my room, silent as ever, as if he knows what wooden boards to not step on. Making his way over to my propped-open window, he slips us outside. He leaves it open as he walks around my house quickly. I fight and buck, my nails scoring his neck, gouging his skin through his shirt on his back, doing everything I can to get away from him, yet nothing works. He holds me like I’m a sack of potatoes and acts like he’s not kidnapping me in the middle of the night.

There’s a purpose in his steps, and though the air has an overwhelming scent of pine tonight, Felix’s manly, smoky scent mingles with it, and I’m horribly embarrassed that I grow wet again. There is just something about him. Felix is a wicked monster, maybe even worse than the ones we’re planning to fight.

He’s strong. Formidable. A force that not even I can fight against, even in my terror.

I hear a car door open, and my body turns to stone as I hear another set of footsteps. The car beeps and I hear a click as the trunk opens. I whip my head from side to side as I cry out, begging him with a muffled breath that he release me.

I don’t know what they have planned, but it feels ominous. This is one of theirgames. I know it. I can feel it in my bones.

He chuckles, throwing me into the trunk. My limbs crash to the bottom, the rough fabric scraping my bare knees, the air cool hitting my skin without his heat against me. He shuts the door, a gust of wind slapping my face as I become encased in darkness.

“Let me go.” I roll to my hands and knees, grabbing onto the back seat. Both Levi and Atticus sit in the back, their hands going up as they shove me back down. “Let me go,” I growl.

Levi laughs at me, his face full of contempt. “Sit down, witch.”

I growl, my hand going out, and I claw his face. I can feel his skin shred, blood slipping beneath my nails. But he doesn’t even react.

“I swear I’ll fucking kill you.” I leap forward, my stomach smashing against the top of the seat as I attempt to climb over the leather back. Atticus rams into me, bulldozing me back into the trunk.

“You aren’t in charge tonight, baby girl. It’s been a long time coming for you to experience a true prank. Do you think you’re ready?” Atticus smiles, pinning me against the wall of the car.
