We finally broke apart and he helped me into his truck, got inside, and drove us to yet another impossibly big mansion. This one was located on the edge of the rich side of town, so its yard could expand even farther than most. When we walked around the back of the main house, it seemed as if it was its own private country club, with a swimming pool, golf course, and a perfectly manicured field with leggy, well bred horses grazing in the distance.

“Who are these people?” I asked him as we stopped by a temporary bar being run by a few guys from another school.

“Good question, a bunch of douche bags is usually the answer,” he laughed. He nodded to one of the awkward boys standing behind the table making drinks. Once he caught his attention, Kingston asked for a beer for himself and a vodka soda in a can.

Once we got them, he put his arm around my waist and we walked towards the fight cage for tonight’s match.

“Who’s fighting?” I asked, looked up at the elaborate contraption. It was always a surreal feeling for me, being so close to essentially a modern day gladiator pit, one where I was expected to perform.

“You don’t know?” he asked and bent to kiss my forehead.

“Nobody tells me anything,” I said. “Do I even know them?”

“I think so,” he told me, and handed me his can. He stripped off his black tee shirt and got out of his grey sweatpants. I wondered why he’d dressed so casually when he picked me up, but now I knew why.

He was wearing simple black shorts with the Covington logo appliquéd to the left leg.

Kingston was fighting tonight.

“Oh no,” I said, feeling shaky as it struck me that he could get hurt. “No, don’t do it. You don’t have to, do you?”

“Of course I do,” he replied and took his beer back while handing me his clothes. “This is how they qualify me for the end of the year, babe. I’ll be good, I’m going into the cage with some loser from New Hashton Prep. Seriously, get ready to watch me kick his ass.”

“I wish you had told me,” I said, trying desperately to get the nervousness out of my voice. I didn’t want to let him know how scared I was to see him fight. “I would have worn something less distracting.”

“Oh come on, even when you were wearing those tent size hoodies, I was distracted,” he laughed. “I know what you have under there, no matter what’s covering it. That’s enough of a distraction for any man.”

I was about to respond when I felt arms around my waist from behind and I was lifted up and swung around. I wiggled and was about to get angry when Archer said, “Stop hogging the Tribute, Kingston! You’re supposed to share her, let her spread her love around.”

“Archer!” I giggled and twisted in his arms so I was facing him. “I was wondering where you guys were at.”

“I wanted to be here earlier, but pretty boy there had to do his make up,” Archer said, nodded towards Valen.

“It was worth it, you look hot,” I said and winked at him.

And he did. Valen was wearing a tight long sleeved white shirt that seemed to emphasize every bulge and ripple of his muscled torso. He had tight jeans that clung to his ass so tight it kinda made me jealous of them.

“Thanks, babe,” he said and winked back, but his face dropped as soon as he looked down. “The truth was that I had to wait for a call from my dad. He was late with his weekly check in, as usual.”

That would explain Valen’s less than enthused expression, he was always a little off kilter after talking to his parents. His father was distant and his mother was almost nonexistent in his life. They both lived in London and had promised to see him way more than they did when they sent him here to Covington. His father had been a Covington kid, and so had his grandfather and great grandfather. It was a Knight family tradition to send their kids away and ignore them, apparently.

I kissed Archer and let him get a little more than excited before telling him to hand me over to Valen for the same. That seemed to cheer Valen up, so Archer set me down and I stood on the grass between the three of them. The perfect triad of sexy, sexed up horny high school guys to keep me busy. Sometimes my good fortune far outweighed any strife in my life, and I didn’t have a single thing to complain about.

“Ah shit,” Kingston said and looked over me to somebody approaching. “This bastard again.”

I craned my neck to see who he was talking about and saw Ryker striding towards us, but focused solely on me, with a big grin on his gorgeous face.

I couldn’t help it, my stomach did a summersault and I felt my throat clench dry as he made his way towards me. I took a sip of my vodka drink and swallowed as he stopped in front of where I was standing.

“You look fucking amazing, princess,” he said with that cocky, lopsided grin of his. “Have any of these bastards told you that tonight?”

I laughed and said, “Funny you use that word, I just heard it said about you in fact.”

“Which one of you called me a bastard?” Ryker asked, glaring at each of my Kings, but with a smile on his face. He wasn’t angry about it, he was playing.

Kingston, however, was not.

“I did, because you are,” he replied.

“Then why don’t you fight me tonight and let me show you what kind of bastard can kick your ass?” Ryker replied.

“Let’s go,” Archer said and handed me his drink. “Let’s fucking go.”

I felt the world stop turning and I didn’t know what to do to stop them from beating each other into oblivion. So I did the only think I could think of.

“If you don’t fight each other, I’ll give each and every one of you a blow job.”
