She was about to cum. I thought that I could hold on until she peaked, but I couldn’t. I ascended with her.

“Good morning,” I said after Key opened her eyes.

“Good morning,” she said while stretching.

“I have some coffee brewing in the kitchen, and there is a toothbrush on the sink for you. I stopped by the house on my morning run and picked you up a change of clothes, so you wouldn’t have to wear your unzipped dress home.”

“You had all that energy after last night?” she asked with one eyebrow hiked.

“It’s pure adrenalin. You are my energy, you know that,” I smiled.

She got out of the bed, grabbed my t-shirt I had on the night before and put it on. Then she sauntered to the bathroom and closed the door. I stood on the other side and continued to talk to her.

“Our calendars are linked, so I saw your hair appointment on there for ten this morning. I was hoping we could have breakfast together before you leave?”

She didn’t respond immediately. I heard the water running in the sink and some other shuffling around before she opened the door.

She jumped a little when she saw me standing on the other side.

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you.”

“Um, she looked around the room. I could eat,” she responded.

The only words I heard that were sweeter than the ones she just spoke was last night when she told me not to stop. I wanted to jump up in the air and click my heels together.

“Okay, cool. So, you can finish cleaning up and meet me in the kitchen. I have everything I need to make my breakfast bowls. Plus, I found some of those cotton candy grapes that you like.”

“You did all of that this morning?”

“Yeah, I ordered the groceries while I was getting your clothes.”

“You were sure I would say yes?”

“No, I learned a long time ago not to try to figure you out. I hoped that you would say yes. I didn’t assume that you would. However, I’m ecstatic that you did.”

I showered and put on the clothes that Kerem brought back. He’d even packed my toiletries. That made me smile.

My neatly pressed hair was now a mess of curls that I pulled up into a ponytail since I was going to the salon anyway.

I followed the smell of bacon to the kitchen. Kerem comfortably moved around the small kitchen preparing the food.

He smiled when I walked into the kitchen, which caused me to smile. If I were honest with myself, I missed him a lot. I enjoyed last night and had hoped that we would pick up where we left off this morning.

“I have some orange and apple juice mixed together for you over on the table,” he nodded to the other side of the kitchen wall.

I walked around and found a small folding table with the lawn chairs on either side of it. He had a single rose in a red solo cup in the middle of the table and another solo cup with my drink in it.

I smiled again.

“Where did this table come from?”

“The old tenants left it here in the storage shed out back. I was going to throw it away, but it worked for today, didn’t it?”

“It did.”
