"Thank you, William!" Saint called out over the squeal of the crowd, but I was already heading to the private elevators.

I'm going to kill those fuckers...ugh.

We reached the elevator, which was quickly inspected by two security guards before Viktor and I stepped inside. We kept quiet simply because of the three security guards that rode with us, doing the same for the private elevator that took us to the secured level that led to my office.

I was impressed that the renovations had been done so swiftly, and now Papa Dearest was making an effort to make the entire building bombproof.

About time, but we never needed to go to such lengths for the sake of protection. I guess I'm costing him a fortune when his bank account is probably dropping with all the lack of deals.

I'd read this morning that Dimitris had secured two deals just yesterday, leaving me to wonder if the guy even slept. Neo had won another deal for a new art museum project that was close to the bridge and would use a section of the ocean view to create an eco-friendly paradise for people to walk and open restaurants that only served food that required little to no waste.

Jayce had signed a few contracts, from what the media announced, and Saint was apparently getting into modeling.

Go figure.

Even though the four of them were clearly busy, they somehow managed to make sure I was okay after the car accident.

I still hadn't fully grasped what had occurred. I could repeat it all through my mind, analyze every detail, and accept that it truly happened, and yet it felt like some sort of fairytale.

A dream that I couldn't have possibly survived from and yet I did. I'm alive. Why? Why is Mother Moon still keeping me here? What purpose could I possibly have?

We entered my office and I was intrigued to see not one but two sets of flowers on my desk: one of purple, black, and pink roses and the other of pink orchids. I grinned like a happy boyfriend that had just gotten a blessed blowjob.

"You have another admirer?” Viktor questioned as the door closed behind us. I chuckled as I settled into my seat to stare at the two masterpieces. "I'm apparently dating Neo," I voiced with an added wink.

He arched an eyebrow at me in clear disapproval.

"Since when?"

"Since we went running through the forest and his wolf licked me up. Not in the whole sexy, bedroom type of licking. Which reminds me, are wolves all huge like that? Cause I swear, Neo's wolf is a fucking giant, like in those classic wolf movies with that wolf that imprints on children."

"Imprints on who?" Now he was completely lost.

"Didn’t worry about it. The book was better," I suggested, and he seemed more confused.

"Anyways, Neo actually said he's interested in me."

"As in Willow?" he clarified.

"Yes, as in Willow," I confirmed. "Why? Someone’s interested in me, William?"

"The one who brings the three-color roses every fucking day," Viktor huffed. "Tell him to stop putting roses in your locker at the ring. You haven't gone since your last battle and it just piles up."

"He's still doing that?" I mumbled before his words clicked in. "Did you just say Dimitris Moore is interested in the male me?"

He stared at me for a long moment, looking at me as if I weren’t being serious.

"You realize Dimitris is gay, right?"

Holy fucking what?!

My shock was written all over my face, and Viktor groaned as he pinched his nose.

"Well. I guess there's a first time for everything," he declared. "You're usually the type to catch onto these things."

"He's not gay! He had a girlfriend! That Elizabitch who I'm going to find and kill when I have a spare chance!" I huffed in defiance.

"Elizabitch used to be Elizaboy."
