“What made you think that?” I decided to ask.
"You two need to claim your dominance out in the open,” she answered like it was obvious. “Nico would never let anyone else but Dimitris sit next to me.”
“You’re not wrong,” I hummed as I opened my eyes to see my vision was back in its full spectrum without a speck of magic.
"Hmm? Wait. Your pupils are normal,” she pointed out, and all I could do was grin as I slipped my hands into my pockets and spun around.
“We’re going to be late, Sweetness,” I hummed, knowing well that she’d pester me later about the progress of my eyesight.

"We’re coming back to this conversation!” she called out as I began to walk away, my chuckle surely making her huff in annoyance.
I did catch on to her quiet words, her tone filled with appreciation.
