WORTHY SHOWERS AND BRUNCH OF DEATH

~JAYCE~

“I deserve a time-out.”

This woman is going to drive me insane.

That was what Willow did. Her mere existence had torn right into our lives and left us thirsty for nothing but her. No woman—or man—could be compared, and I bet deep down she knew it.

She had to know how smitten we were for her, and all these instances where she’d end up dying when we least expected it left us in desperate need to remind her of such—our bodies even more anxious for her validation.

“You don’t need a time-out,” I muttered against her lips before pressing her against the tile wall. “I’m doing all the lifting.”

The way she pouted her lips in judgment made me chuckle and kiss her gently.

Was I being a horny savage needing to fuck her in the shower for my own sanity?Yes.

Did I truthfully care?No.

“Did you really think I was going to let you off the hook for enjoying a threesome without me?” I decided to elaborate my reasoning for my abrupt desire to fuck her senseless as compensation.

“Well, how was I supposed to know you were downstairs in the kitchen cooking?” she argued while her eyes were checking out my chiseled chest.

The devilish smirk that graced my lips only emphasized how guilty my Rebel Flower was.

“I never said I was in the kitchen downstairs cooking.”

She blinked a few times.

“I’m innocent!”

“Until proven guilty,” I countered, but from her aura, she really was telling the truth about being tired. “Are you actually tired?”

“Honestly, I’d hold out to please you,” she confessed with a sweet smile. She was trying hard for me to not see the exhausted lines in her expression, but she couldn’t hide them as she continued to stare into my eyes. “But I’m so tired. I think the whole falling out of a plane thing is catching up to me.”

“You didn’t sleep much either,” I noted and eased her legs down from their wrapped position around my waist. I still kept a hold on her since I didn’t want her slipping in the shower.

“I did not,” she agreed but looked deep in thought for a moment.

“Did you have a nightmare?” When her eyes met mine, I could tell she wanted to hide what she really was feeling about my inquiry. “You don’t need to talk about it if you don’t want to.”

“I don’t remember all of it,” she admitted.

I didn’t want to stress her out with the prime topic, so I decided it would be best to multitask—my hand reaching out to turn the shower on which drenched us with beads of cold water that shifted to warm.

She gave me a look and I shrugged.

“We’re already both in here. Might as well shower together,” I reasoned like it was simple logic. “Turn around. I’ll wash your back.”

She had no complaints as I began soaping her up. The whole process ended up being rather therapeutic as I paused the stream of water so I could take my time scrubbing her body. I wasn’t too harsh as I took my time, my eyes admiring the incantations that she normally hid before covering them with the layer of bubbles.

Most of her wounds had healed but she did have a few bruises lingering on her creamy flesh—not to ignore the obvious love marks all over her body from her frisky activities with Milo and Dimitris.

I bet something like this was a bit new to her, especially when we weren’t simply fucking. I could sense her apprehension, but as I kept working down her body, she further relaxed.

“Is this normal for you?” she decided to ask.

“Sharing a shower together?” I countered. “Sort of. I kind of spend a bit too much time in the shower.”
