“What we gonna do? Running pussy is one thing, Big Al. Fuckin’ weapons and narcotics is not where I wanna go, bro,” Celt demanded, arms crossed.

“Fuckin’ telling me. That vote was bullshit. That cunt and Bulldog planned that shit. Start looking for recruits. We gotta regain the club and get active about planning the takeover. Chance push the garage, and that gives our men something legal to work on. Get with Drake about the bar. He’s only eighteen, but he can legally fuckin’ own one. Earn our boys some nice clean, legit money,” Big Al demanded.

“You know what the next vote is? Trafficking women.” Rooster growled.

“Zeus starts that shit, and we’ll turn informers,” Chance growled.

“I’ll take a machine gun and let it loose before that shit happens,” Big Al grumbled.

“Get recruiting, find decent men, men who are gonna understand that they’ll eat shite for a while, but those who believe in our real charter. They’re out there, and they’ll fight with us. Men who prefer a clean club, a club about family. Those misfits who ain’t wanted anywhere else in society. Tell them we got hope and a plan. They’re fuckin’ welcome. Discover them, boy, find our future,” Chance said grimly, holding Sunny’s eyes.

“Think we can win?” Sunny asked bitterly.

“Your Dad died for the club, and so did mine, Sunny. We’re taking Hellfire back one step at a time. First, we need the garage and bar; to get men, we gotta earn money, not just dirty cash. Once we got them up and running, we’ll find our brothers, our proper brothers,” Chance said.

“Ever think of starting fresh? I have to throw that option out, Chance,” Saint asked.

“You helped build that club, Saint; wanna walk away? No? Then we make plans and fuckin’ fight.” Chance’s statement was met with firm agreement. Hellfire would become theirs again one day.

Summer 1997

A squeal caught Big Al’s attention, and his gaze swept the room, cutting through the whores and sex acts being committed. He was numb to it now. So sick of the perversion that surrounded his club. But not for much longer. Hellfire was finally earning good money. The garage and design shit was becoming well known, and they took in huge orders. The bar was making money hand over fist, as were the parts store and Hellfire shop. Give them another year or two, and there would be a reckoning. Zeus would pay for everything he’d done to Hellfire.

The scream echoed again and held genuine fear. He saw a blonde, curves in all the right places, being dragged towards the back rooms. She was struggling with all her might, and Dodge was grinning all over his ugly fuckin’ mug. Big Al caught one glimpse of the girl’s face and was moving before he knew it. His hand slammed into Dodge as Big Al ripped the girl from his filthy clutches. Big Al sensed Chance was at his back without looking. The girl’s sobs tore at Big Al’s heart.

“What the hell, brother?” Dodge sneered.

“Girl’s off-limits,” Big Al replied.

“Bro, I’ll fuck her, and you can have what’s left,” Dodge chortled, and Big Al’s eyes narrowed. He knew full well the girl wouldn’t be walking again. Dodge was a cruel prick, and even club whores avoided him. Dodge would rip her apart, and she’d never be the same.

“Said she’s off-limits. Girl’s jailbait,” Big Al replied.

Dodge’s stare focused on him.

“I’ll fuck who I want and when I want, you don’t fuckin’ stick your nose in my shit,” Dodge growled, gearing up for a fight. Around them, silence was falling.

“Just mentioned the girl’s jailbait. You gonna fuck a kid?” Big Al asked smoothly.

“Back off, Spider,” Chance warned softly. Big Al guessed Spider had been approaching from his blind side.

“I said, brother, I’ll do who I want and when.” Dodge grinned.

Big Al nearly gagged at the stench of the asshole’s breath. Big Al didn’t hesitate. He whipped his blade out from his waist and stabbed Dodge straight in the throat.

“Celt, get her out of here and to my house,” Big Al spoke calmly as gasps and outraged cries erupted. Big Al held the knife in place as Dodge bled out, and then slowly, Big Al withdrew the dagger and sliced the patch off Dodge’s cut. He wiped his blade down on Dodge and let the dead body fall. When Big Al turned around, Zeus was on his feet, his face a mask of fury.

“This club may go your way, Pres, but it’s built into our charter what we do to kiddie fuckers. Does anybody have issues with me taking a scumbag child fucker out of the equation? Say so now because I’ll end you next. One-on-one challenge. So, anyone got an issue I ended the life of a fuckin’ filthy, disease-riddled pervert?” Big Al challenged the club. His gaze held Zeus’s as the man glowered. Dodge had been one of his main supporters, so losing Dodge hurt.

“No one?” Big Al asked, looking around.

“Take the trash out, and I want his cut to burn. Dodge was no Hellfire brother. Nor is anyone who condones kiddie fuckin’,” Chance growled at Spider and King, who were approaching. They hesitated and glanced at Zeus. “You fuckin’ ignoring a VP’s order? Because you know what that means, the ring right now, and I call until dead,” Chance bellowed.

Spider and King stopped looking in Zeus’s direction and hurried forward to pick up the body. Zeus had an unholy light in his eyes.

“Chatter, Rooster, go with them and ensure the job’s done properly. State they’re in, they’ll half bury him or some shit,” Chance announced.

Zeus spun on Chance.
