I pull into Hangman’s driveway and get off my bike. I don’t bother knocking, since none of the brothers do when we come here and walk right in. “Melissa?”
“Slammer? Hi, um, what are you doing here?” she asks, walking towards me from the living room. Fucking hell, she’s beautiful. Not a stitch of make up and wearing baggy sweats,but she's still the most stunning woman I've ever seen.
“How you feel about goin’ on a date with me tomorrow night?”

“Okay.” She breathes out as I lean down into her face.

Melissa
It’s been months since I’ve last seen Dray. I still miss him, but I know I need to get over it. He’s not mine, never has been considering he’s married. I’ve spoken to Trevor and Cori almost every day, well until last weekend when Cori told me to talk to Dray and hear him out. I hung up on her and refused to answer her calls since. It’s been hard not to answer her, since I know that she’ll be having her baby soon. But I just can’t talk to her right now.
How could she want me to talk to that asshole? She knows what he did.Hell, a rule we always had was that we would never knowingly sleep with married men, and with Dray being married, well, that makes it twice I’ve done it. Cori and I slept with brothers once, they were our usual fuck buddies when we didn’t want to waste time with one-night stands. When we found out they were married we ended that arrangement instantly. Can’t stand cheating bastards.
Trevor understands why I’m staying, especially when I told him about the building dad bought me to turn into a restaurant. He’s not a fan of his brother, but he loves that he’s treating me so well, and said I’m exactly where I should be. He misses me, all the Angels do, but they understand why I’m staying, too.
