Prologue

Hangman

Sitting on my frontporch, making this bitch take my cock down her throat. I don’t give a fuck my neighbors can probably see it going down. Since my daughter Melissa moved here, I’ve slowed down my wild ways and that’s about to change. Rage was right when he said I was old and boring now that I’m a grandfather. Well, fuck that. It’s time to take my life back.

I look up when I feel eyes on me and search around until I spot them, two houses down to my left, across the road. Narrowing my eyes, I watch her inhale a cigarette. Holy fuck, that bitch looks hot as hell. I grunt my release into Jennie’s throat. “Get up, go back to your man. I’ll be in touch.” Or not. I don’t fuckin’ care.

“Bye, Hangman,” she purrs as she walks down my steps and goes next door to her house. Fucking bitch. I wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up dead one of these days. Her husband ever finds out she cheats on him almost daily, he’ll kill her. He’s not a member of my club, but he’s a cop. A cop that hates my fucking guts. But he’s also a cop that is on my payroll.

Stalking down my front steps as I push myself back in my pants, I’m off to say hi to the new neighbour. You know, the right thing to do. First fuckin’ time I’ve done it, but something about this woman is pulling me in.

The closer I get, the more I notice the tattoos, the piercings, and the hair is wilder than I thought. It’s literally the color of the rainbow, and the body, curvy in all the right places. But that face. That’s a face I’ll be seeing in my dreams, crystal-blue eyes, almost taunting me. I watch her inhale her cigarette and step back as some movers make their way past her.

“Yo,” I call out, getting her attention. She looks me over slowly but doesn’t do shit but smile.

“You must be the friendly, neighbourhood watch dog?” She smirks. Fuck, even her voice sounds hot as hell. Husky yet feminine. Losing Vicky, my ex-wife, hurt more than I thought it would. Losing her to my brother who I thought was dead, well that was the real pain.

I grin. “Something like that. You just move to town?”

She nods as she stubs out her smoke. “Yeah, needed something new, moved to this dump town.” She shrugs. She’s not wrong, Saint John is a dump. There isn’t anything nice about it unless you take good care of your home. But we’re surrounded by water, which hosts a shit-ton of boats and where there isn’t water, we have the papermill and a refinery. The smell alone would label this place a dump.

Fuck, she’s hot. “I’m Hangman, President of the Untamed MC,” I tell her, and she doesn’t even flinch, just nods.

“Heard about y’all, so that’s cool. I’m Justine.” She holds her hand out to mine for a shake and when our hands touch, I feel the world shift around me. She quickly lets go and wipes her hand on her jeans. “Sorry, just saw your little show over there.” She smirks at me and I feel guilty. She continues, “My man, Tomas, is the reason we moved here, and I loved this neighbourhood, so despite having to leave my home, at least I had a say in this beauty.”

I don’t give two shits where I lay my head at night as long as it ain’t in a jail cell. Vicky, picked out this neighbourhood, so this is where we landed.

This woman has a man, fuck me. But I don’t give a fuck. Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve been with a taken woman. Hell, I was just with a married woman not ten minutes ago. “I’m gonna head back home. Nice meetin’ ya. I’m sure will see each other again.” I don’t bother waiting on a reply. Shits going through my head about her, so I text Wiz and Manic and give them the only information I have about the bitch, needing to know all I can about her.

Because man or not, that bitch is going to be mine.

Chapter One

Hangman

Iwatch in rapt fascinationas the DEA agent just swings from my rafters. “Not gonna give shit up yet? You do know I can do this all night,” I tell him, waiting for him to finally give in.
