I follow them out—not to say anything, but to make sure the door is closed and locked behind them.

“Dude, that was Hangman from the Untamed biker club,” one of the guys mumbles out.

“Yeah, I swear I almost shit my pants the minute he came into view,” another says.

“I almost asked out his woman, I could have been killed.” The guys all laugh at him as they get into their truck and I shut the door, smirking.

Good to know my reputation precedes me.

I walk to the kitchen and see Justine is laying food out on the table. As she turns around to grab something else, I pull her to me, placing a kiss on her lips.

She moans into my mouth the minute our tongues touch. And she pulls back. “What was that for?”

“From now on, you kiss me when you see me, the second you see me. Got it.”

She grins and gives me a wink. “I can do that.”

Chapter Twenty

Justine

“Everything okay?” Hangmanfinally asks after he puts on a movie.

I shrug. “Is this normal to you? Just eating supper and watching a movie? Because it feels so, I don’t know, weird to me. It doesn’t seem to suit you,” I say honestly.

Hangman chuckles. “Babe, I love quiet nights like this. Just because I’m a biker doesn’t mean I’m rough and hard and partying every single day.”

I wrinkle my nose and dig into my meal. I wasn’t sure what Carson, or Hangman liked. Hell, I should really figure out what he prefers me to call him. So, I just made the standard staples of a man’s diet. Potatoes and steak.

He digs into his meal, food getting in his beard, and I giggle. “What?”

I shake my head. “Nothing, just, doesn’t the beard get annoying? Especially with eating?”

“No, used to it.” He shrugs and I grin at him.

“You better clean up after we eat, because you aren’t kissing me with steak juice in your beard.”
