Grayson’s relaxed demeanour aggravated me even more. “I don’t need you to bail me out.”

“He’s out of line,” he said, running his fingers through his bed hair. “I told him to stop pushing you so hard.”

“I can fight my own battles.”

“I can see that.”

I wiped my eyes and turned back to my laptop, switching it off and on again.

“Use my computer.”

“I can’t even remember what I wrote now,” I whined.

He motioned for me to follow him into his office. “Come on, it will come back to you.”

Turning on his computer, he ushered me into his luxurious office chair and left the room. I logged into my profile, but as suspected, my story was gone. I drew in a deep breath, kicked off my heels and composed myself.

Grayson re-entered with two fresh cups of coffee.

“You’re staying?” I asked as he handed one over.

“You shouldn’t be here on your own. Any bets you walked here too.”

I ignored his tapered gaze and shrugged. “I don’t mind, I’m used to it.”

“I mind.”

My eyes shot up to his, but he turned away, making himself comfortable on his visitor’s lounge.

“I’ll just wait here until you’re finished, then I’ll drive you home.”

With a little nod, I proceeded to open a new document.

An hour later it was done and I let Grayson do the final read through while I paced the room waiting for his verdict. I watched him curiously as his eyes darted across the screen. Sitting there in his old hoodie and sweatpants, he looked like a normal human, not the billionaire business man everyone else knew. My heart fluttered when his eyes lifted to mine.

He leant back in his chair and exhaled. “If this is the quality of your work at 3:30am, I’d love to see you at full capacity.”

Leaning over him to press the print button, I accidently grazed my breast across his shoulder. “You already have,” I murmured, unintentionally breathing him in.

Grayson tilted his head and smirked up at me. “I’d like to see it again someday.”

I chuckled and crossed my arms, leaning my hip against his desk. “You don’t give up do you?”

“Not on a good thing, no.” His hazel eyes swirled into emeralds. Grayson’s fingertips found mine and he tugged me onto his lap.

My leather coated legs straddled his sweatpants. “Grayson, we shouldn’t. What about the rules?”

“They’re Adam’s rules. I play by my own.” He pulled my lips down to his, while his hands entwined through my hair, drawing me closer. Our tongues interwove greedily as I ran my hands over his body, while Grayson’s fingers glided over my legs and settled on my arse. “Fuck, Josie. These pants should be illegal.” I laughed into his mouth as he lifted me up and placed me onto his desk, pressing his growing bulge against my core. “In fact, I think they should come off. They’re way too dangerous.”

I grinned and leant back on my elbows to give him access. He unfastened my pants and slowly peeled them over my arse, exposing my hot pink G-string. It was the sluttiest thing I owned, but rarely saw the light of day. He growled deeply as he shimmied the leather pants down my legs, dropping them to the floor with a thud.

He ran his hands back up my legs, and toyed with the straps of my underwear. I shuddered in anticipation, but he redirected his attention to my top half.

Grayson pulled off my t-shirt and threw it across the room. I unzipped his hoodie to reveal his naked chest and released him from his sweatpants, adding to the growing pile of clothing on the floor.

Pens and pencils scattered everywhere as he pushed me flat onto the desk and trailed his tongue across my collarbone. His mouth found mine and I moaned as he pushed his erection even harder against the flimsy material between my legs.

Sliding both hands under my arse, he lifted me off the desk and dropped me onto his soft leather visitor’s lounge. He climbed over me and pulled down my bra, licking and kissing each nipple while his other hand hooked onto the strap of my G-string and slid it down my legs. Finally!
