The other couple didn’t spare them a glance as Daniel sat down on one of the couches and lowered Ali onto his lap. He placed his beer on the small table, then took her drink and set it down as well.
Stretching out, he pulled her against him, resting her head on his shoulder. “Did you have any trouble removing the rest of the wax?”
“I had to dig a little in my belly button, but that was the hardest part.”

Ali didn’t say anything for a long time and he let her have her quiet. They watched as people danced, grinding against one another to the music. The beat moved through his blood as his hands caressed the woman molding against him.
“We need to talk about our scene. Was there anything I did you didn’t like?” he asked.

As tempting as it was to stay hidden in the corner with her for the rest of the evening, they needed to get the next part of the evening over with. “Are you ready to face our friends?”
The light in her eyes dimmed a little. She knew what was coming. Not that they wouldn’t approve, but there would be questions.
Ali nodded and reluctantly eased herself from his lap. He stood and laced his hand with hers as they headed toward their group seated on the other side of the room. They were all there. Beth and Drew. Justin and Kim, Nicole and Jeff. And even Alexander and Grace.
Kim saw them first, but it didn’t take long for the rest of the group to notice their approach. Daniel ignored them for the most part and sat on the couch next to Kim and Justin, adjusting Ali on his lap.
No one said anything for several minutes. He was about to break the silence when Alexander spoke up. “It’s about fuckin’ time.”
All their friends laughed.
“Next round of drinks is on me,” Nicole said. “What’s everyone having?”
Her submissive, Jeff, took their drink orders and headed toward the bar.
“So how long have you two been hiding this from all of us?” Beth asked.
“Oh, I think this is new,” Drew said.
Beth played with the hair at the nape of his neck as she smirked at Daniel and Ali. “You might be right.”
Ali looked at him and he nodded, letting her know it was okay to share. He’d much rather have her give her version of their arrangement since he was still trying to figure it out himself. “It happened this week.”
A pleased look crossed Drew’s face.
