My hand goes to his throat and I smile, pretending he isn’t affecting me. Apparently, in this moment I like being manhandled.
“I said shut the fuck up and show me, pretty boy.” I bet Aladden gets off on my bratty behavior.
Our breath clashes, our lips centimeters from each other, and with a chuckle out of his mouth, the vibration on my hands makes me nervous. But I love a good thrill; danger only makes this better.
“Last chance to back out, Aly. I don’t want you feeling abandoned when I am done with you.” Lad shoves his hips against mine. The feeling hits the right spot and I am knocked to grab at the ceiling to hold my balance, barely muttering a cry.
I press my hands against the roof of the truck and grind down on him, letting him know I am not going to back down. If he wants flames, I hold the torch.
“Don’t kid yourself, Lad. Make no mistake, it won’t be me licking my wounds when this phase is out of our systems.” There is a sharp stare between us, and Lad cocks a grin to the side, letting me know he is ready.
Hands move from my waist to my face and he holds onto me like I might run away. Those lips are dragging against my body and I press myself into him, taking advantage of his work of art.
The windows begin to fog and I can’t promise I am not having a Titanic fantasy come true because, bucket list goals are happening here.
“Aly.” But I keep kissing his neck.
“Aly.” I am nowhere close to arriving in wonder world yet.
“Aladden, kind of busy.” He laughs against me, and it feels warm, nice even.
“I would love to fuck you here and get you off. But maybe you want to come back to my house where there is more room to move around.” Lad tries to lift his legs and they hit the steering wheel and dash.
Think about it; think real hard before you make a mistake or bad decision.
“Sure, sounds good.” I go back to my side of the truck, proud of myself I lasted two seconds in accountability corner.
“Yeah?” Lad adjusts his situation in his pants.
“Why not, nothing better to do?” But my cheeks are flushed and I don’t want him thinking I am too excited about this.
Lad starts the truck, rolls down the window to let the hot air escape. He drives down the highway and we are at peace for once.
“At night, I look down at the city and see it is filled with life. The lights are blinkers to every right and wrong turn. They are happening right now. Just look and you’ll see it. Someone is headed to work, coming home from work. People are breaking up and falling in love. Life is being born and life is ending.” It’s kind of perfect how he says it.
I look out the windshield and watch as he speaks; this is a city he loves. There are boundless good memories for him to enjoy and I envy him for his excess of happy ones, and the lack of mine.
Chapter 6
Aladden
Ipullintothegarage, thankful Dad is back in Flagstaff. Alyeska and I have the house to ourselves, so no one will hear her screams. Joking, kind of, hopefully happy screams,thanks for giving me the best sex of my lifescreams.
“Welcome to my palace.” I open the door leading to the laundry room.
“I’ve been here before, remember?” It’s a small giggle, but I will take it. It makes me feel tall as Mount Everest. “Should I take off my shoes?” Aly’s voice is timid and shy.
“If you want.” My hand presses into her back as I lead her through to the kitchen.
“Wait, do you have condoms?” Alyeska spins and puts her hands to my chest.
“Yes.”
“Don’t do anything weird like poke holes in them. I know how you pretty boys’ minds work, and I am not ready to settle down and be a side attraction to America’s beloved champion.” Aly spins back around and walks toward the table.
“You’re funny, if I take away all the rude energy around your comments.” I slide off my shoes and chuck my phone, wallet, and keys on the table behind her.
“Oh my gosh, you tricked me. You were drinking and you drove home! That is a big no-no, Aladden. I should know.” Aly thumbs her chest and I know the dangers, but I am no lightweight, barely had a beer and a half.
