Without a word, he bowed and snapped his fingers and I watched in awe as sheets of black paper fluttered out of his grasp and danced behind in a mini tornado until a large horse of pink with hints of black and white stood gallantly behind him.
Rising up to his full height of 6’9”, he smiled brilliantly as his mismatched eyes of red and purple met my proud ones.
“With the pack secured, and the marked laid, it’s time for us to depart, Zasper,” I urged and watched him offer his hand to me.
“You’re correct, Your Majesty.” His voice would make some melt like butter, but it was his confidence that shone so brightly through his expression that sealed the deal.
That assured me that we did have a fighting chance to claim everything we desired.
“It is time for our Luna to be crowned by the valley,” he urged as his eyes darkened in pure mischief.
“Let us embark, Lady Heartwell. My master awaits.”
