Before he could unlock it, Adam jerked it open. He hadn’t shaved since the last time I saw him. He’d just groomed the dark hair into a neater beard that suited his face. I didn’t hesitate to reach forward to brush my fingers against the trim hair. “You here to have fun?” he asked, eyeing me hungrily.

“I am here to pass out,” I told him as Cam pulled me in. “I was told I could sleep with minimal funny business, and at this point in the week, I don’t fucking care. As long as I sleep.”

Adam looked like he was about to argue, but stopped. Grabbing my wrist, he pulled my hand to his lips. “You work tomorrow?”

“Nope.”

“Then we’ll go through the plan tomorrow,” he said, turning his attention to Cam. “I’ll take care of it and let you take care of her.”

I didn’t even think to ask what they were talking about. I just let Cam lead me back to his bedroom. I let him undress me,leaving me in just my panties. I climbed into his bed, not even waiting for him to join me before I just clocked out.

I woke up to the scent of bacon and coffee. I was in bed alone. I sat up, feeling slightly dazed. It felt like I’d slept for days.

The bedroom door drifted open, and Cam peered at me. “You all right? You’ve been sleeping for a while.”

I shook my head. “Trying to figure out what day it is.”

He chuckled. “It’s Sunday. It’s nearly one.”

“And you just let me sleep?” I asked.

“Didn’t seem right to wake you up,” he said, leaning against the door frame. His gaze dropped, and he took a long moment to eye my bare breasts. “You know you’re just sitting there showing the goods.”

“It’s been a long week, Cameron,” I said, not stifling a yawn. “I can’t find the effort to care that you can see my boobs.”

“I’m not complaining,” he said, waving a hand. “I cooked breakfast for you, but it’s cold. Coffee is still good.” He tilted his head, still eyeing my chest. “You want me to bring you some?”

I considered it. I could just flop right back and go back to sleep. My stomach clenched, and I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep with how hungry I was. “Is the food still good?”

“I’ll be honest, Adam ate all the bacon. But I can make you a grilled cheese if you like?” he offered. “Shouldn’t take me long.”

I hummed and pulled the blankets off me. “I’ll clean myself up while you do it.”

“All right,” he said, smiling at me.

I found my shirt and pulled it on, ignoring the stink of sweat and booze. When I got into the bathroom, I found an extra toothbrush waiting for me. It sat in its packaging right in front of the sink. I didn’t want to be an ass by assuming it was for me,but if I was wrong, I’d replace it. I brushed my teeth, washed my face, and used my fingers to get most of the knots out of my hair.

By the time I got out of the bathroom, Cam and Adam were waiting for me in the bedroom. “I used your extra toothbrush. I hope that’s okay. If not, I’ll run down to the corner store and buy another one.”

“Don’t worry about it,” Adam said dismissively. He was kicked back against the headboard. “It was bought with you in mind.”

Cam looked warily at the man beside him, but held up the plate with a sandwich set in the center. “It’s not a big deal. But, uh . . . ” He paused and cleared his throat as I came to get my breakfast. “There was something we wanted to talk to you about.”

“I know it’s been a long week,” I said as I sat down at the end of the bed. I didn’t hesitate to munch while the sandwich was still warm. “But now I have more time to do things,” I said as I chewed. “I can probably do a date with each of you. I’d be paying, of course. But it wouldn’t be something extravagant like you did for me.” I grimaced. It didn’t sound appealing. “If I spread it out between the three of you, going on solo dates, I could do something extra special once a month for each of you.” I glanced between Adam and Cam. “Keep things fair, so no one gets left out.”

“I’m for that,” Cameron said with a smile. “Solo dates are fine, but we can all go out together. Spit the tab. That way we’re having fun with each other, and then we could come home and have more fun.”

I nodded. “That’s what I was thinking. One big date with everyone, then we could figure out a way where everyone gets equal amounts of attention, you know?”

“That’s not what I wanted to talk about,” Adam said as he turned to reach into Cam’s bedside table. He pulled out afamiliar pair of handcuffs and tossed them onto the bed. “I think you owe the three of us some penance.”

“Some what?” I asked, putting the sandwich down.

“You suckered Cam and me into bed to get back at your brother—”

“But I didn’t tell him. I told you I had changed my mind with what I intended this to be,” I protested.
