“I want dates,” Adam said, still watching. “And to beat your ass. I don’t have a problem sharing.” He shook his head. “Not even mad.” He got up off the bed, seeming to remember he had made a mess of me. He wasn’t gone long. He cleaned me up, cupping my breasts each in turn. Just for the sake of cleaning up, of course.

“I want dates,” Cam gritted out. “Without the pretense of it being more than that.”

Darius leaned into me, grinding into me. “The idea was to be more than that,” he said lowly. “Being reckless doesn’t solidify a relationship.”

“That’s what I want,” I managed. I clenched my eyes closed, not sure I wanted to see their faces. “I want a relationship.” I wound an arm around Darius’ shoulders, drawing my brows together as I tried to draw him closer. “I want to be reckless.”

“Remember you said that,” he said, his rhythm not breaking. “Because the next time you go a week without seeing someone, you’re gonna have to face the consequences.”

I nodded. The movement of each man became too much. This time the orgasm wasn’t out of nowhere. It didn’t creep up on me. It exploded outward, leaving a burn that made me curl my toes.

Cam’s hips slammed into my ass and he shuddered hard. His cock throbbed, but stayed hard and firmly in me. Though with the way Darius moved, it was likely he wouldn’t last much longer.

Darius was thrusting shallowly, but with a growing fervor. Cam wasn’t unaffected by it. He groaned and buried his face against my shoulder.

Darius growled my name and caught my lips in a bruising kiss. The bite of his teeth in my lower lip was enough to pull me out of the haze of endorphins. I didn’t pull away, even when it hurt. I just held onto him tightly and rode out his stuttering thrusts until he finally stiffened and let go of my lip.

I was pressed between the two of them still, throbbing. Or maybe it was one of them throbbing in me. It was hard to tell. I couldn’t move, and aside from giving a careful clench, I didn’t get free. I just closed my eyes and tried to bask in being with all three of them again. “It’s been too long,” I croaked.

Fingers curled through my hair, and with a tug, Adam had me looking at him. “We never got the chance to figure out how to make this work. We’d just started exploring it with all of us before Kyle fucked it up.” He tilted his head as he looked down at me, leaning heavily against the headboard. “We don’t have to worry about waking up to that asshole again, do we?”

“It wasn’t my fault he was here last time,” I pointed out. “If he shows up again, you need to get your locks changed. Or stop keeping company with assholes.” It took me a second to reconsider my words. “Maybe limit yourself to one asshole in your party. With me here, that makes you at capacity.”

Darius snorted a laugh and carefully pulled out of me. “Let’s clean up so we can go to bed.”

Relief hit me. That meant he planned on staying. I relaxed forward onto the bed. “I’ll help as soon as I can move.”

Cam curled onto my back, not bothering to pull out. “Same.”

Chapter 27

Grace

An alarm went off somewhere. A shrill, repetitive sound that cut through my head. I sat up, reeling. I blinked rapidly, trying to figure out where I was.

Then Cameron sat up. He shifted so he was sitting on the side of the bed, then he picked up the cellphone that was making the horrible noise. He shut it off easily, then sighed, his hands rubbing over his face and through his hair.

“What is it?” I asked. It was still dark. Who would call at a time like this?

“Just my alarm clock,” he said sleepily. “It’s time to restart the week.” He glanced over his shoulder at me. “Sorry it’s early. I’m just slow going in the mornings, so I’ve got to do this shit.”

“Slow going?” I echoed, not getting it.

“He sets his alarm super loud and super early so he can stand in the shower and contemplate the direction of his life,” Adam answered from beside me. “Usually I get up and make coffee because it wakes me up too.” He sat up too, and sighed sleepily. “It’s Monday.”

“Yeah,” Cam groaned before he got up. The light he turned on in the bathroom cut through the darkness of his bedroom.

Adam poked at Darius, who had just rolled over from all the noise Cam’s alarm had made. “Get up, or I’m climbing over you,” he warned the other man—likely because they were both naked.

“What time is it?” Darius grumbled as he got up, not bothering to cover himself. He squinted at the window. “It’s still dark out.”

“5:30,” Adam said as he walked out of the bedroom. “Get dressed. I’ll make coffee.”

Darius grunted, and after a quick search, found his boxers and slid them on. “I’ve got to get home so I can get ready for work.”

That was just the kick in the butt that I needed. I had to do the same thing. I didn’t have a change of clothes. It would be way too obvious if I borrowed more of Adam’s clothes and wore them to work. Even with the relaxed dress code that the parts department had, Kyle would know and be pissed.

“I’ve got to get home,” I announced as I got out of the bed. I didn’t try to find my clothes from Saturday night. It was easier to just pull Adam’s shirt and shorts on. I’d find another time to get my dirty laundry.
