“I thought you said you wanted to come in her,” Cam noted.

“Seems like a better alternative than not using protection,” Adam said as he shifted back, sitting on his ass. “Almost like marking her as mine,” he said as he gestured to the mess on my stomach. “I’ll clean it up. Just let me take this in for a minute.”

“I think I’d rather come in her,” Cameron said. “I get this,” he said, gesturing to my stomach, “but I don’t want to slow down when I’m about to bust. I enjoy losing myself in her.”

“And this is why Grace has my come on her,” Adam said with a lazy grin. “Because I want to lay claim.”

“Sex without protection is a dumb idea,” Cameron said again. “It’s a risk we shouldn’t take.”

“You’re right,” Adam said easily, “and this is how I’m compromising on your sentiment. Because I want to do everything I can, short of tattooing my name on her, to lay claim on Grace.” He looked down at me. He reached forward and smeared his seed into my skin. “It’s the next-best thing, I think. Not as reckless.”

Cameron made an irritated noise and scooted back from me. “You want to be stupid. Get tested to make sure you’re clean. Understand, if this goes forward, this is it. No one else. Getting pregnant isn’t the only fear here. Diseases and infections are too.” He stood up and looked down at me, his erection standing out a little from him. “If you’re fine with this, then keep track of your period so we know when we should use protection because you’re at a higher risk of getting pregnant.” He gestured to me, then said to Adam, “You’re cleaning that up, so I don’t get your spunk on me.”

Adam snorted and got up. He disappeared down the hall and came back with a damp cloth. I stretched out so he could get every bit of him off my skin. “It’s a delightful picture,” he said as he straightened. “Stretched out, flushed, and waiting for more.”

Cam grunted in agreement as he pulled out a condom from the box. “We’re not gonna be stupid about this,” he said evenly as he rolled it on. He looked down at me. “Are you ready for me?”

“Take me to bed and I will be,” I said, reaching for him.

Adam helped me up. He wrapped an arm around me and led me down the hall. “We could do this all night,” he suggested in a whisper. “If you’re staying, there’s no reason to rush.”

“As long as I can stand in the morning and get some sleep,” I agreed.

“That wasn’t a no,” Adam announced as he tugged me into Cam’s room. “Come on, jackass, before I get a second wind.”

Chapter 31

Grace

Okay, maybe agreeing to an all-night thing was a bad idea. Cam’s alarm went off first, and he got up with a groan. He sat on the side of the bed and rubbed his face with both hands, clearly not having gotten enough sleep. I reached out and put my hand on his lower back, rubbing gently.

He turned to me, giving me a sleepy look. “Maybe we should’ve stuck to the original plan last night.”

I grunted. “Will you be able to take me home?”

Cam hummed and got up, still naked. He stretched, giving me a pleasant view. It was enough to have me disagree with his sentiment. If I didn’t have to go to work, I would pull him back into bed. “Let me shower real quick,” he said, scratching at his stomach. He looked down at me and I thought for a second that lazy, morning sex was in my future. “You’re staying the night Friday. That way, I can wake up and do what I want to do now.”

“Fall back into bed and go back to sleep?” I suggested.

“Only after I sink into you and take care of this,” he said, wrapping his hand around his morning wood. “It would be short and disappointing, but right now, I don’t care.” An alarm startedup again, and Cam groaned, turning back to the phones. “I hit snooze by accident.” He turned to go to the bathroom. “Just three more days, just three more days.”

I just watched him go. I was tired, but with some caffeine, I’d be good for the day. I could get up and get coffee started now. Before I could even move, Adam just rolled onto my back, cupped my ass, and dozed off again. He had a slight erection against my butt.

Yeah, I wasn’t gonna be going back to sleep.

I pulled away from Adam and sat up, earning a grunt of complaint. “Need coffee,” I said, and that was enough to keep him from pulling me back into bed. I found a shirt—a white one, so it was one of their undershirts—and pulled it on. I didn’t bother with anything else. I went to the kitchen and got the coffee started.

If I’d been smart, I would’ve dug up my clothes from yesterday. A glance in the living room showed me a pile of clothes. It could be a mix of mine and Adam’s. I got three mugs out instead, getting ready for the coffeemaker to finish percolating.

Adam came out of Cam’s room and went into his, only to come out with a pair of shorts on. He paused in the kitchen and whistled. “I can see your ass,” he whispered, as he copped a feel. “Remember, you said you were gonna pack a bag, so you’d be ready for the next time you decided to be random like this.”

“Definitely,” I said as I picked up the coffeepot and poured myself a cup.

“What’s your plan for the day? I mean, after work.” Adam stood close, not making a move to get coffee.

“I haven’t really got a plan. I’ve been working nights so long that I haven’t gotten used to the idea of having free time where I can hang out,” I admitted. “I came over yesterday because I was insecure and determined to find out the truth. I had the timeto do it, so there was no excuse for me to put it off.” I took a cautious sip of the hot coffee, testing the flavor, before I went to fetch the sugar and creamer.

Adam stayed at the coffeemaker, watching me. “You’re free to do that whenever you want.” It was pretty clear he was trying to sound nonchalant. “Night doesn’t have to end in sex. Granted, I’m not gonna complain if it does.”
