"You can say no, leave now, and always wonder, or you can come with me. You're free to leave anytime you want."

She stands tall, and though she's wide-eyed and nervous, she's not afraid, merely excited."I'll go freshen up before we leave."

A slow smile spreads across my face."Good choice. If you're going to spend the night in a one-horse town, you may as well get a bunch of orgasms out of it, don't you think?"

"Absolutely."

I lean against the wall, arms crossed, watching as she strolls to the restroom. Every wiggle of her hips makes my dick harder.

I love how uninhibited and childlike she is even while maintaining a very adult, very sexy vibe. It makes me want to worship at the altar of her body…forever.

She's the kind of woman I need in my life. That is if I were looking for one, but I signed a contract stipulating that I had no one depending on me.

The universe sure has shitty timing.

Ivy

Earlier this evening, insecurities were creeping into my head. After the setback with the airline and the bumpy start to the night, I was losing heart.

I decided to move to the other side of the country to work for a famous artist, Karl Whitely, but what do I genuinely know about him? We only met via zoom, so is this a good idea?

But then Easton came along and reinforced my belief that the universe has my back, and my fears melted away.

That kiss! Oh my god.

As soon as Easton kissed me, I was on fire.

I'm super nervous; no, I'm more excited than scared. I don't have much experience, but if that kiss were anything to go by, I won't need it. The thought of spending the night with him makes my toes curl, and I’m itching to get out of this place.

Now, if only I could find the restroom….

Damn. I swear the overhead sign pointed toward the direction I was headed. But it's so dark, and no one else is in sight, which is unusual for such a busy bar. Something feels off.

"Typical," I mutter to myself, shaking my head. All it takes is a few drinks and I can't tell my left from right. I must have taken a wrong turn.

The sound of heavy footsteps behind me causes me to turn and see a dark shape emerge from the shadows.

I hold a hand up and stride toward the person."Hi, can you please tell me where the—" I swallow my words and take a step backward when I see it's the man who tried hitting on me earlier.

"You can stop looking for me now. I'm right here for you, baby." The wolfish grin on his face makes me uneasy. Although his gait is unsteady, he rapidly closes the distance between us.

"It's okay. Thanks, but I don't need help." I spin on my heel and begin racing in the other direction, but he grasps my elbow. When I try to shake him off, he tightens his grip.

My skin crawls.

"Playing hard to get works for me." His fingers dig into the flesh above my hips, and he leans close enough for me to know his breath smells sour.

He's larger than me and blocking the only exit. I don't want to anger him and debate whether kicking him in the shins will have any impact. I need to get out of here. Now.

"Stop." I shove him away, and my voice is firm, but he doesn't stop. "I need to go."

"Relax. Live a little," the man drawls as he wraps his hand around my waist, stopping me from moving. "Why are you so uptight?"

I punch his shoulder, but he doesn't even flinch before pressing me against the wall with a grunt. When he grinds his erection against my thigh, bile rises in the back of my throat.

"Help!" His hand slams over my mouth and muffles my scream.

"Nobody's coming," he growls in my ear. "It's just you and me." He presses forward with a cruel chuckle.
