"Arya." His morning moaning voice was so sexy.

I kept moving at a steady pace while he was losing control. I couldn't help but feel I was losing control, too. I wanted him inside me so badly, so I pulled myself up to straddle him and sink down on his throbbing cock. He groaned some more, and I loved that I was driving him wild. My hands rested on his chest as I supported my rocking motion. He was so big that every movement of mine was filled with pleasure. His hands went to hold my breasts, his eyes still closed in ecstasy.

We rocked together, building more and more momentum until we both cried out with the passion we couldn't hold in any longer. Making love to Tristan was mind-blowing and I wanted this for the rest of my life.

I lay on his chest until my breathing returned to normal.

"That's a nice way to wake up," Tristan mumbled. I smiled and looked at this man that I loved. My finger ran over the stubble on his cheek. This was the first time that I really felt he was mine.

Tristan had gotten our normal clothes and toiletries taken along in the helicopter so that we could clean up and had something to wear the next day. He packed up my gown, shoes and jewellery in a case that arrived that morning and we were ready to head back.

I looked down at the rolling fields below us as we approached Bardstown and our private landing area: the clump of trees. The trailer, including Alphonse, Christie and Sylvia, were still there, awaiting our return.

And just as silently as they arrived, they silently disappeared. Then it was just me and Tristan in his SUV, heading back into Bardstown and our normal lives.

Somebody pinch me.

I knew Grace was watching as I folded the laundry. It was becoming a little uncomfortable, and I was dying to know what was on her mind.

“Okay, are you going to tell me whatever it is you want to tell me?” I asked her and she smiled.

“Did you tell him you’re pregnant?” I almost choked on my spit. How had she known?

“What do you mean?”

“Arya, you don’t get to be my age without learning a few things. I know when someone is pregnant and trying to hide it.”

She chuckled and took a sip of her iced tea.

All I could do was stand there and blush like an idiot.

“So, did you tell him?” she asked again.

I took a deep breath.

“Yes, he knows. I told him.” I gave her a shy smile.

“I’m thrilled for you two. And I’m excited for another great-grandchild,” she said, and I went over to hug her.

“I’m so happy, Grace. But I’m also scared.”

Grace patted my hand.

“Every woman is scared when they’re pregnant.”

I sat down in the chair next to her.

“I'm not sure how everyone else is going to react to this news. And not just the Adlers,” I said, thinking of all the chaos that awaited. “Mason will probably be upset, and I’m not sure how my mom will feel.”

Grace gripped my hand harder, forcing me to pay attention.

“Fight for your family, Arya. Tristan isn’t just a teenage crush or your boyfriend anymore. He's the father of your child. You are a family now. And you’re the woman he loves. You’re the woman he chose. You’re both adults and everyone is just going to have to respect what the two of you want,” Grace said. “It’s admirable that you want to protect everyone all the time, Arya. But Rebecca, Mason, and your mom are all adults. They can take care of themselves. What anyone else thinks is none of your business.”

If I wasn't laughing so hard, I would have started crying right there in the kitchen from her kind words. She had a point.

“And know that you always have support from William and me. We’re here for whatever you need.” She let go of my hands with a gentle pat.

The doorbell interrupted our talk, and I wiped away the stray tears as I went to answer the door.
