I sip my coffee, strong and black, with enough caffeine to wake me up fully. The girls are still asleep, and I know the moment they wake up, we’re going to be doing some sightseeing. It’s their first time out in the world. Traveling has always been easy for me. My father ensured I met with all his colleagues, those who worked on the underground.

He didn’t think that years later, I’d be the one killing them. A smile graces my lips when I think about it. The blood that stains my hands is a welcome burden to carry because I am the one who is making them pay for the filth they’ve brought in this world.

None of the men deserve to live.

And I’m here to make them all pay.
