“I haven’t heard her laugh in a long time,” he mumbles, then turns the knob.
“Hey, Carter said he didn’t care if I crashed. Hope that’s cool?” he asks, and Gracie gives him a huge smile.
“I’d love that. Hi, Carter,” she says to me, and I give her a nod. King snorts and laughs.
“So, what are we watching?” I ask, and she points to Dom.
“I don’t have a clue, and these bozos won’t pick anything either,” she says with a giggle, and I move closer to the couch they have claimed. I lift Gracie from her seat and take it, then plop her on my lap.
She freezes, and her eyes are huge. I don’t realize the issue until King says something.
“Fuck, I’m sorry. You were always on one of our laps before… I’ll move,” I mumble, and she shakes her head.
“No, it’s okay. Just shocked me,” she whispers as Gray hops up to pick a film.
“I’m not watching a chick flick. I deal with them enough at home, especially with Anna pregnant,” he grumbles, and we don’t argue.
“So, are we ever going to find out why you’re here and not at home?” Dom asks, and Gray shrugs.
“Anna kicked me out. Her hormones are going crazy, and she’s been irrational. She accused me of cheating. So, I left. I’m giving her some space,” he says with a shrug, and Gracie squirms to be let up.
“Oh, Gray, I’m so sorry,” she says, rushing over to hug him. His body is stiff, and I’m not the only one who notices that’s weird.
“It’s all good, baby sis. She will order me back home by the weekend,” he grumbles, unwrapping himself from her arms.
Gracie moves back over to me, but before she reaches me, King swoops her up and puts her on his lap. I grumble, and he sticks his tongue out at me. Dom stands and shuffles over until he’s in front of me.
I raise my eyebrow, and he gives me a smirk before plopping onto my lap and crushing me under his weight.
“Fuck, bro, move,” I huff, and he laughs.
“I didn’t want you to be all lonely.” I roll my eyes and shove him onto the floor.
“Hey,” he grunts, standing and rubbing his ass. Gracie is watching us with her wide gray eyes, and Gray is laughing as he grabs the remote.
King leans in to whisper something to Gracie, and she smiles. I reach behind me for one of the many blankets and toss one over her lap. Her mouth pops open in surprise, and I want to kick Ash’s ass. I know we followed him, but it was wrong, and when we are alone, I will be apologizing to Gracie for everything.

About thirty minutesinto the movie, Gray can hardly keep his eyes open, and he’s yawning up a storm, causing us to do the same. Finally, after the fifteenth yawn in a row, I have to say something. King and Gracie are whispering quietly, and Dom won’t stop watching them like a creep.
“Gray, man, go to bed,” I say with a laugh, and he jolts awake, nodding. He tosses the remote to Dom, but we’re not even watching it.
“Thanks for letting me hang out, but shit, I’m tired,” he mumbles as he climbs to his feet and shuffles over to the door.
“Night, Gray,” Gracie says, and he waves his hand her way but doesn’t place a kiss on her head like he always used to.
“I have a confession,” Gracie says once Gray is gone. King leans closer as if she’s about to dish on something seriously juicy.
“Oh, please, tell,” he growls, and I watch as she bites her lip and shivers.
“Uh, I haven’t really been watching this movie, and I’ve been craving the pie you guys brought,” she whispers, and I smile at how affected she is by us.
“Pie? How about we go get it and some plates?” I offer, and she nods excitedly. I stand up and stretch, ignoring how close her face is to my dick now.
King helps her to her feet and takes the blanket, snuggling down. He looks tired too. I take her hand and lead her to the door. Dom takes my seat and messes with his phone. His eyes brows are furrowed, and he seems to be deep in thought.
When we reach the stairs, I let her go first to make sure she doesn’t fall, not so I get to watch her ass bounce. Nope, not at all. Gracie stumbles on the top step, and I catch her before she can faceplant, spinning her into my arms and carrying her the last step.
