“Thank you. You’re not looking so bad yourself, Mr. Barlow.”

We quickly joined our friends, congratulated them, and were whisked away for some posed pictures. It was a blast, and for the first time throughout our entire trip here, I felt like I could fully immerse myself in the experience without a single care.

It was magical.

While the photographer grabbed some solo shots of the bride and groom, Johnny and I had a moment to talk privately. I stood with my arms wrapped around him, and everything felt just as it was supposed to. The way it used to be.

Like nothing else existed when it was just the two of us. Johnny placed several chaste kisses on my lips, before he asked, “Do you know what my plan is for tonight?”

I shook my head. “No.”

He brushed his lips back and forth against mine. “Other than making sure you have dinner, I’m going to spend the entire night dancing with you.”

“The whole night?” I asked.

“The whole night,” he confirmed.

I let out a laugh. “I think you’ll get sick of it.”

Johnny shook his head. “Not a chance. I should have never stopped dancing with you, baby.”

“I love when you dance with me,” I told him.

He grinned. “Well, you better brace yourself, because I’m going to be unstoppable from here on out.”

I giggled. “I can’t wait.”

No sooner had I said that when Zac shouted, “We’re all done! It’s time to head inside to party.”

Everyone fell into step behind Zac and Talia to make their way inside for the start of the reception. Johnny and I stayed back for a moment, and that’s when I said, “I’m never going to forget this, Johnny.”

His arm was wrapped firmly around my back, and at my words, he curled me into his chest and looked down at me. “I know, Kiera. I just hope you remember all the good things about it the most.”

“I will.”

“I love you.”

Smiling at him as I wrapped my arms around his waist and squeezed, I replied, “I love you, too.”

“Come on. Let’s go get this night started.”

At that, Johnny led me back toward the reception, where he ultimately followed through on his promise and danced with me the whole night. It was a night I knew I’d never forget.

My eyelids were incredibly heavy as I attempted to peel them open the next morning. I’d barely managed to do that when I saw the clock beside the bed.

Johnny’s arm was clamped around my waist, and neither of us was wearing a stitch of clothing. For a brief moment, I recalled all that had happened last night.

The dancing, the food, more dancing, and so much laughter.

It was one of the best nights of my life.

Of course, all of the fun didn’t stop at Zac and Talia’s wedding reception.

Johnny was determined to keep the good vibes going, because when we finally got back to our villa last night, he didn’t just crash into bed with me.

Nope.

He ravished me for hours last night, and I loved every single thing about it. I mean, it wasn’t like he didn’t deserve to have me for as long as he’d wanted me. Johnny had given me an entire evening filled with dancing and laughter and so much fun.
