We’re all so close to finding our release, and I can’t stop myself from falling over the edge again. There are hands all over my body, and I’m dizzy with the pleasure slowly wracking through me. My nerve-endings tingle with an electric current so strong I’m seeing stars as my head drops back onto Judah’s shoulder.

I’m not sure when they set me back down on my feet, but when I open my eyes, Kai is smiling down at me.

“You’re beautiful,” he tells me, and it’s the gentlest I’ve ever heard him, but then again, most of the time we’ve spent together has been in the gym, fighting.

“Thank you,” I murmur, slightly unsure of myself at the moment.

It’s new to me, having one man look at me as if I’m the most beautiful thing in the world, but having all three of them staring at me makes me shy.

“Come,” Judah says in his gruff tone and wraps me in a towel.

I didn’t even notice the shower being turned off, but I’m led into the bedroom where I sit on the bed, and each of the guys take their places around my room. Kai sits in the armchair by the balcony door, while Valen leans against the dresser and Judah settles down beside me.

“This isn’t easy for you,” Judah tells me in the gentlest tone I’ve heard from him since we met. “We’ll take things slowly.”

“We’ll take as long as you need,” Valen says, but I can’t concentrate with all three of them in nothing but towels, still wet from the shower and looking far too distracting.

I nod slowly, before I find the words to say, “I’m going to need some time to get used to this.”

For a long, quiet moment, we sit together before Judah rises from the bed and Kai stands up from the chair. I smile at Kai, and the affection in his gaze is warming, making butterflies flutter in my belly. We took a big step together tonight, and I’m glad we did.

“We’ll leave you to get dressed,” Judah tells me. “Dinner will be in the dining room in thirty minutes.”

I stand, and Kai leans in to press his lips to mine before he whispers, “You’re incredible, sweetheart. And that’s the first of many more times I intend to enjoy you.”

The promise in his tone makes my body ache for more. And as I watch Kai and Judah leave, I know I’m blushing because my face is red hot. I want to call them back so they can hold me again.

Valen remains behind, and looking over at me, he smiles and says, “You’re incredibly beautiful.”

A blush warms my cheeks when Valen cups my face and presses his lips to mine. I lean into his warmth as his other hand grips my hip and tugs me closer.

“We need to get ready for dinner,” I tell him, and I smile when he groans in frustration before stepping back. “There’s the rest of our lives for this, apparently.”

He chuckles, and it makes his eyes sparkle.

“Oh, I have no doubt about that, sweetheart,” he says with a cheeky wink before he turns and makes his way out into the hallway, and I finally shut my bedroom door before leaning against it.

I don’t regret anything that just happened, all I can think about is doing it again. Kai and Valen have burrowed themselves inside me, not just psychically, but mentally and emotionally as well. And that surprises me because I’m still fighting my feelings for Judah. I don’t want to admit I want him. Even though we just had mind-blowing sex, I can’t find it in my heart to fall in love with him just yet.

UP IN FLAMES

JUDAH

When I toldBrielle last night that she had to decide what to do, I expected her to run. I didn’t think we’d end up fucking in the shower. The memory of her pussy taking my dick is still fresh in my mind as I wait for the other guys to get here for the meeting.

There could be repercussions when it comes to what Brielle did to DiMario, so we need to be ready. I know there’ll be talk around the campus, but none of the students will come after us because the evidence is enough to convince them that Marco needed to die. Things could so easily go up in flames with the other families, though, so we need to make sure we’re prepared.

The door opens and Kai saunters in. The look on his face is obvious. We’ve all connected with her on a deeper level, but it doesn’t mean I can trust her completely. She’s been welcomed into our world now, into our family, but she’s still a Saviatti. One thing I do find strange is that her father hasn’t tried to make contact.

“How are you after last night?” Kai settles into the chair on my right-hand side and watches for my reaction.

We’re all trained to read people, looking for those small, telling nuances, but we’re also trained to hide anything that could give away an inkling of information to our enemy, or indeed, to my best friend who is fishing for details.

“I’m fine.”

“Come on, Jude,” he says, leaning back as Valen enters the room with a smile on his face. “You can tell us.”

I look at Kai, but I’m not sure what to say. As much as I want to talk about Brielle, I know it’s not going to be a quick conversation, because we need to delve deeper. We took it slow with her last night, but it’s not always going to be like that with three men who enjoy taking control. Her fire ignites our desire, and I know we all want nothing more than to experience it again.
