I don't want to stalk Jako any longer. I want to be his boy. Hisrealboy. And for him to be my Daddy.

"Let’s head to my room," Jako whispers, his right hand cupping my bum. "Daddy will cuddle you all night long."

ChapterSix

GIOSUÈ

I glance up at Xavier as he leads me down the street. I suck in a breath—then let it out slowly.

This istoo wonderfulto believe. Xavier is perfect. Exactly what I’ve been craving.

Xavier is so much better than Eli. I don't know why I wasted time on that loser. Fuck him—he never accepted me.

Xavier turns to me. When his eyes lock on mine, a butterfly travels out of them and burrows into my brain. Blinking hard, I try to banish it—try to pretend it’s not there.

No. Use. The fuzziest, warmest feelings bubble up inside me.

Thismust be what my brother Medici felt when he fell for Mattie. Deep, all-consuming emotion like this.

Don’t give yourself over to Zavier too soon. You don't know anything about him besides that he’s a Daddy—you need to make sure he’s not a Riccardi.

A pang of unease sinks through me. Biting my lower lip, I squint at Xavier one more time.

Yeah—he couldabsolutelybe a Riccardi. This is how Cyan and Enzo were kidnapped, after all. They were walking down this very street when two of the Riccardis’ subcontractors snatched them.

I stop dead in my tracks. "Before I head to your place and enjoy this tea party, I need to send a picture of you to my family."

Xavier’s brows tick up. "Oh?"

I stare at the ground. "We’re… in a war with a rival Mafia family. A few of my brothers’ partners have been kidnapped while walking around Sicily, so I need to make sure you don't work for them."

Xavier drops to his knees, then grips my hand. "I’m so glad you asked me this, boy. Never, ever go off with a stranger to their house without getting their information. This shows me that you’re smart in addition to being sweet."

"Thank you."

"I’ll do you one better. I’ll give you my driver’s license, my passport, and you can snap a picture of me and Rosey Sunshine."

I nod. "Great idea."

We exchange all relevant information. After sending it to Uncle Romeo—and hearing from him that Xavier is a local kinkster who’s lived in Sicily for years who isn’t affiliated with any mob families—I can breathe.

"I apologize for that." I pray this doesn’t offend Xavier.

He snickers as he tousles my hair. "Italy is brimming with mobsters. You should always vet the Daddies you meet who come up to you with cuddly dogs and promises of affection and tea parties. I don't blame you at all."

I scoot closer to him. "We can have that party, if you like."

Xavier brushes his thumb across my cheek. His touch melts me, leaving a burning mark. "Tell me, boy. May I hold your hand?"

Oh.Oh.This is too wonderful. For years, I’ve dreamt of a Daddy like this—a gentleman who dazzles me with his manners.

Xavier isn’t the type to only demand sex from a femboy. No, he wants to get to know them, see what makes them tick, hear about their journey of self-discovery. I can already tell.

I thread my fingers through his. "Yes, Daddy."

Xavier holds my hand as we walk down the street. I glance at it every so often, spying the two sets of fingers locked together, unable to believe this is really happening.

My heart keeps skipping beats in my chest, annoying me a tiny bit. I mean, I’ve never had heart problems before—certainlynot around any man. Hopefully, Xavier isn’t a Daddy who’ll give me a permanent problem.
