“You know what your problem is, Uncle Cal?” my nephew, Jackie, asked, leaning back in his chair with a smirk as he surveyed the other tables at La Vigneta, the upscale restaurant I liked to frequent whenever I stayed at my New York apartment. This time, it was my treat in honor of Jackie’s recent college graduation.
“I don’t have a problem,” I answered testily, yanking my attention off the delicious little morsel of jailbait who was quietly clearing the table next to us.
Both Jackie and I had had a bit too much wine, and the conversation had started to veer off the rails. I stabbed my fork into what was left of the perfectly cooked steak in front of me, determined to steer the topic back toward a direction of my choosing.
Jackie grinned.
I narrowed my eyes. I loved the brat, but he was always trying to push my buttons.
“Fine,” I said, the first to break. “What’s my problem?”
“You’re fucking the wrong twinks,” he said without bothering to lower his voice.
The comment caused the too-pretty busboy’s head to whip up for a moment, his breath hitching in a way that made my cock start to throb. The sweet little thing’s cheeks flushed a deep pink when he caught my eye and he immediately looked away again, his hands shaking enough to rattle the tray of glassware he was holding.
“Jesus, Jackie,” I spluttered, reaching for my napkin as I almost choked on the bite of steak I’d foolishly taken in an effort to appear nonchalant.
