“I love you so goddamn much.”
I kissed his jaw. “I love you, too. Always will.”
He was silent for a few moments before he responded. “Promise?”
Something in his voice gave me pause, and I raised myself up far enough to see his face. “I promise. I will love you forever, Jason Bennett, and you know it.”
“Good.” He pushed my head toward his until our lips met. The kiss was hot and hard at first, but then became softer, slower, and just as good. “We should get some sleep, sweetheart.”
I caressed his cheek as I kissed him once more. “Okay.” I knew I was tired enough from all the orgasms to fall asleep, and when I lay back down and turned away from him, Jase immediately curled his body around mine, moving my long hair out of the way so he could kiss my nape.
With his strong arms around me, it didn’t take long before my eyes closed and all conscious thought ceased.
