And instead of closing his eyes and losing himself in the feeling, for the first time in his life, Talon came looking into his woman’s eyes. Letting her see everything it meant to him.

He poured every bit of what he had for her into the moment, and he watched her soak it up.

She knew what he was giving her.

His lungs burned and his throat was tight when he rested his forehead against hers. He sucked in a breath, “Most gorgeous ass I’ve ever seen.”

She giggled, and he felt it in his cock.

“Yours is pretty epic too,” she said.

He snorted, “I have an epic ass?”

“There are worse things to be called,” she pointed out, sinking her nails a little bit deeper.

“True enough,” he agreed.

Talon was about to suggest a shower, images of her wet and naked making his cock hard all over again, when a loud banging on the door interrupted.

“Yo, T, Brick’s here. Chapel in ten,” a voice yelled through the door.

Talon felt Jenna go tight under him.

“Oh, God, I didn’t even think,” she started.

Talon stroked a thumb across her cheek, “Look at me, princess.”

She blinked and looked up, all big eyes and guilt.

“You needed some sleep. And you needed some lovin’. Nothing wrong with either one, and there’s nothing wrong with you taking a while to forget. You still love your daughter, and you still got something for your ex. Yeah?”

She nodded, “Yeah.”

“I’ll be back,” Talon said, pulling out and walking into the bathroom to take care of the condom.

He walked out naked and started with socks, jeans, boots, and tee.

“You’re not going to shower?” Jenna asked.

Talon shot her a grin, “Nah, princess. Gonna walk in there wearing you.”

And he locked the door behind him.

Just Hold On

Gate

“Girl’s tight. A lot like her mom from what I can tell. Would make a hell of an old lady one day,” Brick said from his seat at the table.

“Yeah, for somebody not old as piss,” Gate joked, eyeing his Sergeant at Arms, and wondering what had gotten into Brick’s head now. He never talked about women as more than a way to pass a good time. And most of the time, it wasn’t even that. More like a necessary function that he’d avoid entirely if he could.

“No shit,” Brick shot back.

“Nine get in there okay?” Talon asked from his seat at Gate’s right.

“Yeah,” Brick answered. “She was already asleep, so they haven’t crossed paths yet, but I did give a heads up.”
