Trevor grabbed me by the hand and we ran, away from the party, finally about to be by ourselves, as mates, for the very first time.

Just as we passed outof the doors of the event space, Trevor grabbed me by the arm and swung me around. He bodied me up against the wall, grabbed the back of my neck, and pulled me down for a scorching kiss.
“Mmph,” I mumbled in surprise, then I was kissing back, as feral and animalistic as possible, sucking on his tongue, trying to jam mine down his throat. There was a sudden rush of arousal that we’d both been holding back for years. No doubt about it, I was going to make love to my mate for the very first time. Was it a good idea? I doubted it, but I was about to find out.
We broke ourselves apart just long enough to keep moving. Trevor pulled me up to the check-in counter and slammed his palm down own it.
“Get me my room key, please. Now.” The receptionist presented it immediately. It reminded me of the fabled black cards, made from some kind of titanium and made so only the ultra rich could touch it.
“Yes sir, it’s ready and waiting for you. Do you need anything brought up?”
“Not right now. Absolutely no disturbances until I call for something.”
“Yes, sir, I hear you loud and clear.”
“Thanks, Ally.” He grabbed my hand and hustled me toward a small but ornate elevator away from all the rest. He used the key and it opened up immediately. He pulled me inside and immediately we were kissing again. Trevor began to work on my top shirt button, and as much as I wanted him to, I needed to be careful.
“Wait, wait.”
