“I have to replace the one I ripped.”

“You know you can buy those online in multipacks, right?” she whispered.

Silas laughed. “How could I pass up this kind of opportunity?”

Since this visit wasn’t planned, they weren’t the only ones and earned themselves quite a few stares as three men walked around choosing lingerie for one woman. While they patiently sat down in front of her changing room, where she was assisted by the saleslady for proper size and fitting, Amon quietly told Silas what happened at the care home.

“How am I ever supposed to let her go knowing all this?”

Before either of them could say more, the saleswoman walked out with a pleased smile. Gwen was wearing dark red lace. The bra was fitted perfectly, not pushing her breasts too much, giving them a nice natural shape. The thong was slightly curved above her ass cheeks letting them pop even more.

“Much better than the one I ripped.”

Silas’s comment made a few women gasp and giggle but luckily it was quiet enough for Gwen not to hear it.

“Gorgeous,” Amon complimented.

Gwen turned to the mirror and studied herself. “They have them in different colors.”

“We’ll take all of them, little bird.”

The saleswoman quickly packed all of them up and with even more bags, they left the store.

“My turn?” Gwen asked shyly.

While Silas simply seemed confused, Amon guided her towards a store for men. To Silas’s displeasure, a man came towards them eager to help. As soon as she explained why they were here, Brian, the salesman, was all over her. Gwen instructed them to sit and showed Brian what they’d picked for her and that she would love to find something matching for each one of them.

Silas wasn’t too keen on Brian mingling so closely with Gwen and had trouble hiding it. Rayen nudged him a little too hard and earned himself a growl.

“Fuck you.”

“Relax, Silas. It’s not like he’s into her, I think he’s more after Amon.”

“He can have Amon, he just needs to keep his hands off Gwen.”

Silas’s eyes were fixed on Brian while his hand on Gwen’s shoulder guided her through the store. If he could, he would’ve burned him with his stare alone.

“He’s being nice, trying to sell his shit. Now relax and don’t ruin this for her with your jealousy.”

“Silas?” Gwen called for him. “Come here.”

He was out of his seat and by her side as fast as the human environment allowed it. Silas wrapped his arms possessively around Gwen’s shoulder and placed a kiss on her cheek.

“Yes, sweet Gwen.”

“I like this shirt for you but it’s more a dark blue than a black. Would you still wear it?”

“I would rip my soul out for you if you asked me.”

“That’s a dramatic way to tell me yes,” she chuckled and returned his kiss.

Rayen thought it was amusing to watch Silas mark his territory. Though he probably would’ve done the same if Brian had truly been interested in his little bird.

“Sometimes I can’t help but think we are selfish from keeping her from having a normal life, but then in moments like this she seems so happy.”

Amon’s confession caught Rayen off guard. “Why would you say it’s selfish?”

“Though we can give her all the jewels in the world, we can never give her priceless gifts like family.”
